Worst experience ever, the punjabi guy ever try to scam everybody. They do mistakes and charged money and then didn't give receipt, refused to take money from card and ask for cash, that's my 2nd time experience with the same person.

Sean & Ruby I really must say that I enjoy going to the Shaw and marks Verizon office they provide excellent customer service there. I enjoy coming here and they take care of me very well. Y’all have a blessed day out there because if you come over here, you will. I promise ?.

Worst location/staff (4/14/24, 2:02pm) ever. They just sit around and talk even with customers waiting. I know it doesn't take 45 minutes to put a screen protector on. One employee sees the line and says "f this" and goes to the back and is never seen again.... must not be any managers, supervisor or experienced employee on the team as the employees who were on the floor didnt know what they were doing. Potential customers even left. This location and its employees need to be put under some sort of review....

Very disappointed, it shows you that you let your guard down and people will try to take advantage of you with lies,don't go to this location if you wanna deal with honest people.

Don't come here don't even switch over to Verizon! The people here can't do their job correctly I've been dealing with issues since September of last year nobody can help me nobody can take responsibility what a joke of a company and what a joke of a set of employees I hope they read this because they suck ! if I could cuss on here it would be a different paragraph terribel experiencego elsewhere

Worst service ever. Went there for just a sim card and max took 2 hours just for sim card. Behaving like i am buying a house from him. Very bad customer service and worst verizon store ever seen in my life.
