Don't come here don't even switch over to Verizon! The people here can't do their job correctly I've been dealing with issues since September of last year nobody can help me nobody can take responsibility what a joke of a company and what a joke of a set of employees I hope they read this because they suck ! if I could cuss on here it would be a different paragraph terribel experiencego elsewhere

Worst service ever. Went there for just a sim card and max took 2 hours just for sim card. Behaving like i am buying a house from him. Very bad customer service and worst verizon store ever seen in my life.

Had to call 911 for my mother, call dropped on my Verizon service had to use her cell phone. Don’t give existing customers any good upgrades.

Bad service!!! We went to open a new service today and no one greeted us or even asked why we had gone to the store and other customers would walk in after us and they got them first than us.. we left immediately after noticing they wouldn't help us!

Verizon has become garbage with customer service, so if you are a customer and you call the store number YOU WONT BE SPEKAING TO ANYONE ACTUALLY IN THE STORE. Its a rep who has no clue what's in stock and you drive all the way there only to be laughed at by the in store sale reps. So watch out Customer service is horrible.

Kind staff but took too long to tell me the promotion was actually not free and completely expensive no matter how you try to cut a deal. Consumers must pay taxes on promotional items. I initially explained my right financial situation and she dragged out my experience to tell me the best deal was still going to cost me over $250 in fees/taxes on a "free" & very outdated device. Not including connecting fee for a new/additional line which was $35 (not including taxes) but these items that don't have to be paid for upfront are seldom discussed. ? Extremely disappointed. Also, I'm a current & long-time customer. I'll be switching to Xfinity mobile whomever also been a longtimeconsumer of for years thanks to my career - best deals, best prices, best experiences (not including employee perk discounts/B2B).

Best customer services I’ve ever received when getting a phone. Everyone made it a fun and relaxed environment. They weren’t pushy with trying to get you to buy the extra add ons. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back to this location when it’s time for my next upgrade. This places customer service is horrible. They checked me in. I waited for almost an hour. Instead of helping the person next in line they help out someone who just walked in. What’s the point of checking in.
