Entered the store at 5pm. Still here at 9:30pm (1 1/2 after closing time). Four and a half hours to purchase a new phone and plan. Unbelievable! The manager, Jose Rocha, refused to apologize or provide any sort of compensation. Disgusting customer service! I wish I could give ZERO stars!

This store is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help! It's not to busy so there is not a long wait for help. It is a hidden jewel for sure.

I should have read the reviews before doing business at this store. Worst customer service ever! The sales rep, Ed, never bothered to process my trade in. I reached out to the store manager, Ruggero, since Ed no longer works at this location, he told me he couldn't do anything, but he would check with the sales rep who is working at a different location, to try to resolve this issue. He took down my contact information, but never bothered to call me back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store.

Scam artist, they offered me "insurance for my screen protector for 60 dollars" saying I can turn in my phone to get it fixed whenever then when I came back to get my screen fixed once they did it, next time they said it didn't exist so I had to go on my online account to show proof of the purchase. Highly recommend you don't go here. Would give a zero if I could management is horrible.
