Store was clean organized the cashier was nice and very helpful she let me use her vons card saved me over $5 .. the 1 and only thing is I went in to purchase the troll ice cream pops but there was none I think vons is the only store that carried them and the 1 time I go there's none ... uugghh other than that store was fabulous

Loved the fact that I could go shopping at 0500 in the morning. Only place in town that has the specific cottage cheese that I was looking for. Just a little bothersome that all the aisles had boxes up and down as staff were trying to pack the shelves ... Made it hard navigating . Will definitely shop there again .

Cashier lady at self checkout assumed I didn't pay for my lobster. So without asking me she picks up my lobster and then rescans it. I literally had to tell her I already paid for it. No sorry or anything very racist.

Great selection, however the layout of the store is terrible for the amount of traffic it receives. The aisles are very cramped, and a single shopping cart can clog the whole aisle. This store is in a very busy shopping center, so you'll probably waste a lot of time trying to get around others. The prices here tend to be higher than other grocery stores in the area. Despite all the problems this store has, the international foods aisle make this store worth visiting

Got what I needed. Needed help on an item that was gone and the produce manager got me just what I needed. With vons card and digital coupons, I saved more than I spent.

Meat department clerk seems to not be able to multitask. When asked to stop what he was doing when asked for a product he completely shut me down saying they didn't have item. He didn't offer a way to accommodate the item I requested. It would be nice if he could offer a better experience for the customer. It won't take up more than a few minutes.
