Bernie is among the best pharmacist I've ever had. He is knowledgeable, courteous, always friendly with a smile and most importantly to me, he always remembers my name and asks how my mother is. He deserves a HUGE raise.

I went today, December 15, 2023 at 8PM and the pharmacist man who was working around that time was rude, he didn’t even greet me, and just gave off a rude vibe with his tone, he definitely needs to work on his customer service.

It took one hour to fill a new prescription that they received 2 days prior. I have filled prescriptions there before, I am in their system and I pay cash, no insurance involved. Their lack of training on navigating their computer system is mind boggling. The pharmacist told me he was calling another location to try to figure out how to do it. The last two times I have dealt with a guy in the pharmacy who I believe is David. Beware this guy, clueless and not very friendly.

I am giving this 5 stars because Brian in the pharmacy was helpful. However the lady that actually helped me was not nice and then I heard her gossiping to the front desk lady about Brian. So what happened was I was trying to get an item that was locked up , I asked pharmacy if someone could help me get an item Unlocked , he called for someone I waited a few min , no one responded. I heard him call again... no one responded . After 10 min of no one helping me He then stated over the walkie "I am leaving pharmacy to help a customer" you can tell he was frustrated because no one was responding. Well the lady in a gray vest came around the corner raising her voice "I'm right here Brian I am only one person and one person on cashier" That Walgreens was dead AF she acts like it was busy. The pharmacy is the one that's ALWAYS busy so I believe its unfair he needs to leave the pharmacy to help me on the floor She got upset with him in front of me , it became awkward I got my unlocked item and went to the front . The lady who was rude to Brian then started talking crap to the cashier lady about Brian in front of me. Again the Walgreens was dead AF and cashier wasn't doing anything either. Walkie communication is so important, even if you are busy someone needs to respond and say "hey I'm finishing something up I'll be right there" Thank you Brian from pharmacy for helping me !

Pharmacy drive thru, your told to wait while some kid in a mask with gloves sprays everything surrounding him INSIDE! I pulled up 10 mins to three , 3 cars I front of me, I wait . I saw why ppl were not happy . We were told to wait while he did his house cleaning. This is not customer service. Took 45 mins to receive my meds. I won't be back. Ps : I knew the lady in front of me ,she agreed it was craziness too long. supposed to be " Drive thru" I'd give no stars poor service.

COVID-19 phase: Masks worn by workers and required! I walked in to great holiday music playing! The store was clean and organized! Sales everywhere! Pretty great! I bought gum and 2 Russell Crowe Marshmallow in dark chocolate chocolates. Yum! They were on sale too!!! Woo-hoo! At checkout the worker was very kind and I got money off thanks to their great rewards program! Great service and tons of great stuff including great holiday stuff! Recommended!

I'd recommend this Walgreens overall with one exception. I like Cynthia, one of the staff members there a lot. She helped me change my membership rewards cards to Samuel versus my birth name. However there's another staff member who misgenders me and I DO NOT appreciate that. I HATE the word "ma'am" with a passion!

I love Walgreens! I would like to thank two special people I just know their names Mary and cha I believe that was his name if I'm wrong my apology As I was in the store this past weekend July 13 my Gold earring accidentally fell behind A display shelf I was absolutely frantic because it was given to me by someone very special these two people went above and beyond what they should have to retrieve my earring this is exactly why I love this store because the personnel do everything in their power to help you.Again I want to thank you so very much! I love this branch of Walgreens! The staff here - especially the pharmacy and front desk - are very much customer oriented. I have had some complex medicines prescribed, and the pharmacy has always filled them properly and on time. With respect to the front desk personnel, I am always greeted with a smile and competent customer service. This branch may be a little off the beaten path, but I am very happy with it and they always notify me on a timely basis when prescriptions are ready for pick-up.
