Nice, clean store in an absolutely crazy busy shopping center. Layout similar to my usual Walgreens, so everything I was looking for was easy to find. I was third in line to check out, but the line went fast. Be careful in that parking lot, people drive a bit fast.

I went there to print some photos. The printing machine didn’t work. The gentleman working there was very helpful though and helped me to do so online.

This location is good for easy local access (despite median for westbound traffic (u-turn required)). Parking is never full and the interior is reasonably clean. The store's look & feel /décor is dated and doesn't have any amenities that the locations in the cities offer. But for Fresno, this is a good location.

Terrible experience at the FedEx in this store. I dropped off my package to be sent back to the company I ordered from. I had 2 shipping labels but the girl scanned just one. Knew she f'd up from the git-go. I told her I had 2 but that both items are in the same bag (it was an outfit from the same company, but for some reason, it gave me 2 diff shipping labels). Her response was something along the lines of oh, it'll be up to them to decide to refund for both...um... really?? Gonna keep the (negative) words to myself. Anywho, it's been 2 weeks since I dropped off that package. Not sure if it went around town or what but I keep tracking the package and guess what, it's on its way right back to me. Mind you, I haven't received the package JUST yet. But somehow it's taken 2 weeks to get from the fedex at Walgreens at fig garden back to me, which is about a few miles away. Basically, I tried to return my package but somehow it's coming right back. Total inconvenience. That girl needs to be retrained or something because this was a big inconvenience. Never going back again!

Don't go to this pharmacy and try to talk to a manager regarding an issue. My mom has COPD, in a wheelchair, and they rejected her for the third vaccine...said she didn't qualify. That's how ignorant and uneducated the pharmacy staff are at this location. I talked to the main office and they tried to contact the manager (totally agreed my mom qualified) but couldn't located management. Finally forwarded me to a number provided and it was a disconnected number. I tried calling three times and was disconnected. I tried central operations again and was forwarded to their consumer relations...put on hold forever so... I am going to tell my mom to pull her prescriptions out of this pharmacy and go to another location. If the pharmacy staff are this lazy, scares me how careful they are with their prescriptions. Ugh.

Always horrible customer service, why do they only stock the damaged products - when asking if they would discount a collectors item the young manager said no knowing it is a collectors item. This pace never has stuff that's not damaged and overpriced!!! Just go to Target!!!!

COVID-19 phase: Great, clean store with masks worn by workers! They have sales everywhere. That included on cereal. I took their 2 deal and bought Frosted Mini Wheats and Honey Roasted Honey Bunches of Oats. The worker that checked me out was very kind and welcoming! They have so much stuff from medicines to foods, Halloween stuff and much more! Great service and great deals along with so much different stuff! Highly recommended!

This store is too scared of people to tell them they need to wear a mask inside because apparently corporate says they aren't allowed to tell anyone if they walk in without a mask to put one on. This kind of sucks because the police department is less than a mile away and all they have to do is call and say these people are being defiant of current law but instead they're scared and won't do or say anything and serve these people who are too stupid and ignorant to wear a mask. There are people who have severe health issues and are highly at risk yet they are expected to deal with these morons who don't have to wear a mask because they choose not to. Will never go back to the store again learn your laws and if people want to be ignorant tell them to leave or to put a mask on it's not that hard.

I'm going to tell you short and sweet - BEST darned pharmacy and Staff around. Store itself is clean and stores general Staff is friendly and courteous. There is a Walgreens on West and Herndon , literally one block from where I live and I will go out of my way to get my prescriptions at the Figarden location due to their excellent service.
