I’m usually not one to leave reviews but the only reason I’m giving one star is because of the front customer service for the afternoon shift . it really sucks because I used to work at a walgreens and I didn’t have a bad attitude like the workers there. however with the pharmacy I would definitely give 5 stars this has been my daughters pharmacy since birth and I haven’t complained in the past two years or had any issues with them . the employees of the store however do need to work on their customer service.

Worst pharmacy in the world even in Mexico and Canada I can medicine ready faster then here it’s been two days and my medicine is not ready. I have sinus infection and pressure I can barely breathe and can’t sleep that well. Please never come here your better off going to emergency room then This. I rather go to cvs on Shaw and Fresno.

A few of the current pharmacy staff here need attitude adjustments. I live near this location and have come across some amazing employees throughout time, but damn do some of the people who work in the pharmacy right now Suck. So rude with not a single ounce of professionalism in sight. It's actually apalling, like what's this world coming to? I just need my damn medication having just got outta the hospital. So annoying.

Very helpful staff every time I go here super friendly even though I’m sure they have a homeless issue in the area, but I was held by Mark at 6:25 PM and he was very helpful looking for the item that I needed and did it in a short time as well.

I ordered some pictures , waited passed the estimated wait time . Sara made me wait five minutes to come help. Then had the worst customer service . I had my order number she wouldn't take that. She requested my name and said there was nothing by that name. But after giving me attitude for two minutes she finally found the order under my name. Closets Walgreens but won't be going there again.

Awful customer service, the pharmacy is so incredibly slow & ill-managed like they don't know what they're doing, sorry to say, but I was really annoyed with my experience. My employment doesn't accept at home covid tests & this was the only location close by me that still does drive-through pharmacy tests with an appt. Ok, so I show up at my appt. time at 10:45, once i get there was met with some remark about how they need time to confirm it or something? Keep in mind I scheduled the day before & got a confirmation email. Anyways, left, spent about 30 mins getting something to eat thinking they'll probably need the time. Come back, and I've spent forever waiting in my car in line with no one in front of me & wasn't able to take test

Terrible pharmacists and the guy at the counter of the pharmacy was so freakin rude. Told me the medication would be available at a certain time and when I came at that time they extended it by another 2 hours. When I asked for an explanation, the front guy said "We are not geniuses here. I don't have an answer." I just about busted up laughing out of irritation. Rude staff, would never come back.

They put out promotions to attract customers but they get upset when you want to use them. Yesterday I went and the employees, apart from seeing one in a bad light, did not allow me to buy the amount of items I needed. I had previously gone and they did give me the products but today they I came back and they told me that I could only take 2 when there is not even a sign that says there was a purchase limit. I honestly don't know if it's their policy or if this is how they ask them to behave, but I think I'd better close my account and not return to this store.

Its store policy for a mandatory 30 minute wait for printed pictures and it's self service?!?!? Walgreens in general is a waste of money. I didn't see any postings saying there's a mandatory wait time before I already processed my pictures

Beware of unethical practices at this pharmacy location. Multiple times the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens have tried to charge me double what my normal copay amount is. When I cross referenced with my health insurance I caught the pharmacy staff in lie. One particular time my health insurance told me that the pharmacy had ran my Rx claim and then pulled it back, suspicious.Customer service is also mediocre. My Rx were set to auto refill and I would still have to call to make sure my Rx was filled. My health insurance denied my last Rx fill because my health insurance needed to speak with me about my new Rx options but the Walgreens pharmacy failed to contact me to inform me that the Rx was denied by my health insurance. I had to be the one to call Walgreens and find out last min that my Rx couldn’t be filled. Moving my Rx to a whole new pharmacy , CVS, after all these issues was the best solution.
