Had one prescription sent here by my doctor, never again will I come to Walgreens for any medication, terrible service. They will have you waiting in drive thru without acknowledging you, understaffed and unprofessional workers. Would give 0 stars if possible.

By far the worst Walgreens ever. A place in order for some photos from the internet and was told that they would be ready in like 5 minutes. The lady who told me that they'd be ready in 5 minutes walked around the whole store and kept ignoring me and would not take care of my order. The clerk. They definitely do not deserve any any stars

If I could give them zero stars that’s exactly what it would be. Mind you I’m sick like bed rest sick, I decided to go to Walgreens.com to see if the offer covid testing and online they say they do. They gave me an option to either pay 25 or through medical. I chose to pay the 25. When I get there I asked for a mask cause on my appointment confirmation said Walgreens can provide mask if needed. For her too look at me strange and say you can buy some. Took them about 20 minutes to call me up for them to say we need medical in file ? Like why offer you can pay with cash and then get there and pull some bull shit. They didn’t want to accept my money. Told me I had to go back home grab my medical and come back!! Like If they didn’t see how much pain I was in. This pharmacy definitely sucks. Crazy thing is that that use to be my go to store, after that treatment never again!!!

The limit of transfer through western union is $6000 but the manager and a lady on computer is very very rude and doesn’t allow as to transfer money customer handling zero rating zero

Terrible phone service for their pharmacy, I have been on the phone for about 30 min... They need to hire on more staff so people don't have to be waiting for so long for a simple question. Never got an answer the line just got hung up on ! Lack of patient care.

They always take long. I need my prescriptions and they never have them and when I go to get them it takes 2 hours. Get it together people it’s crazy

Terrible pharmacy the pharmacist Angie is extremely hard to work with and extremely unprofessional. Never going back. Transferred out all my meds.

The cashier on 01/09/2024 gave customer frivolous and misleading information regarding product discounts. The line was super long and only one cashier who made a disabled senior citizen wait in line for the second time to complete his purchase.

I had an appointment to get the covid booster shot at 4:15pm. The pharmacy tech processed me and instructed me take a seat in the wait area. I waited until 4:50pm when I approached the pharmacy tech to find out about my status. They evidently forgot about me because they were shorthanded. Unacceptable especially when I made an appointment already. Come on, Walgreens! You can do better.

I understand why this pharmacy has a lot o bad reviews and I am according with each comment … I went to this pharmacy to ask how can I transfer a medication to another pharmacy because I really needed it and Walgreens does not have it. An Asian Women assist to me and he really doesn't know how to talk to customers it was a simple question that she didn't want to answer. I will never be back at this pharmacy the service is terrible …
