Called days in advance for refill but did not have daughters medicine as promised she is skipping her dose now due to a miscommunication with the woman I spoke to on the phone and Eugene the Compunder. The woman told him I wanted it a different day. Learned my lesson from now on to call early in the morning to make sure it will be ready before Eugene leaves work and not rely on an empty promise by the pharmacy front staff. I'm giving 3 stars because Eugene is very good at his job. The -2 is for the miscommunication. I'm also thankful that a pharmacy does exist imagine if we were In a war and unable to get medication.

Some of the pharmacists at the shaw /palm location have no problem releasing there inner getto especially on the phone lol

Highly recommend going somewhere else been trying for days to get my super sick child medication and the pharmacy won’t do their job because they are freaking lazy at best so if you care about your family’s health don’t ever go there they should be ashamed and lose their license

I don’t really know how to use my phone all that well. I am older I been wanting to write a review for this store but never knew how until my daughter came to visit me and my husband and showed me how. I’ve been going to this Walgreens for 10 years to pick up my prescriptions and to do some shopping. Since I been going here I have never experienced such amazing customer service until a young lady showed me and my husband every single item we were looking for she walked us to every aisle she even checked on another store for us for a item we could not find at the store. She was so sweet and so kind . At the time of checkout we encountered her again she rang us up and my husband had got a cut on his hand from foil that he picked up at the store he was bleeding and she immediately offered a bandaid and put on some gloves to wipe his injury with and put the bandaid on for him. That was just beyond customer service we have never received such outstanding service from all our years going to Walgreens. This is what makes someone feel comfortable and happy to shop there when you know you’ll always be helped in any way possible. She went above and beyond to help my husband and I. Me and my husband talked about her on our way home. Very nice young lady. I am almost sure her name was Jessica she was on the floor but was also at the register helping. I have never in my life left a review for any store mostly because I am not into all this new technology but I honestly had to give this young lady a 5 star service . I hope we get to encounter her again the next time we shop at Walgreens. Also The short haired blonde woman at the pharmacy was also very nice and very kind to my husband and I. It was a great visit we got everything we needed and it just made our trip way easier.

This place is always slow to fill a prescription. It always takes 5 to 6 hrs everytime I've ever did it with this place.

It takes for ever to your prescriptions there’s always a problem. My husband was dying of cancer he was in excruciating pain. I was called by my doctor to go and get the pain meds. But when I got there to pick them up I was told I couldn’t have them for 2 days because we hadn’t used all of the first prescription. I said my husband needs the pain meds. That BIG woman Pharmacist with black hair came over and said I won’t give you those meds I said my husband is dying and he needs them. She leans in closer and says I’m so sorry but I’m not filling it. I will never go to that Walgreens or any other Walgreens again and I will tell everyone I know what happened!!!!

The pharmacy really is the worst. I, along with 8 people waited an offensive amount of time in line today. The staff seemed to not have noticed the line & all came out from the back, scrambling, & started logging into the computers. Absolutely no urgency which resulted in an additional 15 minutes just to help the first person waiting. This isn’t new, each time I’m here I have the same experience. And this was around 4:30 which is supposedly a time when they’re not on lunch or closed.I was helped by “mai” who couldn’t ring me out. She switched me registers, ran around asking for help, looking lost the entire time, which only added to my frustration. Then when I asked a simple question about my medication she frantically searched for someone to answer my question. The pharmacist “song” just told me to read the bottle and get back in line. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Will no longer be doing any type of order pick up with this store. I made an order for curbside pick up today. Forgot to get the ladies name because I was soo surprised by the attitude she gave me about my order. After she loaded my bags into the car she was going to take off but instead came up to my window to yell at me. Saying that my name will be put onto a list and I will no longer be able to order curbside anymore. I asked her why as I was confused and she told me that they have a limit on the items I had ordered but she “gave them” to me this time around only. I told her I didn’t know there was a limit as it had been a while since I’ve done any type or curbside order from them. She didn’t care just kept saying that my name is on a list now so I will have to do all my shopping inside. Wow. Is this how you treat your customers?! Give them no explanation at all and just say that they’re no longer able to do something even when they weren’t aware. She seemed like a manager type with a “Karen” haircut…
