I am a diabetic and have tried numerous diabetic drugs. I have been on monjaro for 8 months. I haven't loss much weight only 20lbs but all my numbers have significant improvement. I am on 15mg and like many have not been able to fill my prescription for months. I have sent it to be refilled here countless of times only to be told not in stock. Today I was told by Christina in the pharmacy it is in stock but they were holding it. Not for a patient who has this prescription and has been trying to get it filled for months but for someone who is trying to get their dr to approve it and prescribe it for them. I'm sure there's a law being broken here as thousands here are trying to fill this already existing prescription only for it to be on hold for soneone who doesn't have a prescription for it.

Just sat in the pharmacy line for 20 minutes behind 1 car. When we got to the window we sat for another 5 minutes with NO ONE coming back to the window. We honked our horn and a female came to the window and said they had not filled the order. She advised us to pull around behind the car behind us. Ummm there were 5 cars behind us waiting!!!!
We wasted at least 30 minutes in a drive up window line and NO PRESCRIPTION! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We couldn’t even get out of the drive up line to leave!

Today, I was in a bit of a rush, so I tried the drive through, no dice. Later I returned and and walked into the store, prior to the scheduled lunch break. I got Great service.

Don't go to this pharmacy. The main male pharmacist/manager of the pharmacy is the rudest, laziest, most unprofessional, unpleasant & incompetent pharmacist I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. I would still shop the store because the rest of the staff is nice & professional, especially store manager, Rachel. Just don't use the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a joke!! Shelby from pharmacy is absolutely rude and needs to learn some customer service skills! Their communication is terrible and even though the recording says that they take lunches only on the weekends what they mean to say, they take lunches whenever they want and if you’re filling a new prescription you’re waiting for the pharmacist, regardless absolutely I’ve waited all day long for a seven day prescription of antibiotics. Unbelievable.

This pharmacy is terrible! Not only do you have to wait forever even going through the drive through but the employees specifically Shelby are so rude! I had quit going to this pharmacy close to a year now and my daughter had a prescription filled here yesterday and the same thing that happened to me happened to her. They said the prescription was ready through their recording and it was not. That's why I told my daughter to call and ask them instead of going by the recording. These things shouldn't happen and it would be one thing if it was a one time thing but here we are a year later and it's the same thing. My suggestion would be to save yourself the hassle and go to another pharmacy. Lazy and rude employees that clearly don't care about their customers!

When I was checking out, I asked the checker if they carried boxes of matches. She said, "I don't think so" with a kind of glazed over look on her face & continued to ring me up. She didn't even ask me the standard, "Do you have a Walgreens card/phone number with us?" so I could get my rewards points. Maybe she's new but this is just a dime a dozen prime example of the absolute downfall of quality customer service in America. I have worked retail and food service in both casual and formal environments, and your job is to go the extra mile to be HELPFUL to the customer, not LAZY. You should have said, "I'm not sure if we carry boxed matches, but let me ask my manager to see if we actually have them in stock." What I am suggesting may not seem like a big deal to most people, but I absolutely guarantee that taking just a little extra step like that with ANYTHING in life will greatly improve not only, say, a customer's life, but the lives of your loved ones AND your life! Let's go the extra mile, make a little extra effort, and live up to our greatest potential. Life doesn't have to be dull and mundane - it can be lovely, even in the most ordinary moments. When you demonstrate that you care about the details of serving others, even in a tiny retail transaction, you demonstrate that you not only have a sincere respect for others but you also have self-respect to carry out your work with dignity. For convenience, this place wins. They carry just about anything, just with a slightly higher price. Customer service is hit or miss. Depends on when you go and who's helping you, what kind of service you'll be getting. They have the cashier running both the register and photo counter, so sometimes you're waiting on either end depending on who git helped first. As far as the pharmacy, I'm unsure how well they operate but they do have a large selection of medications and decent prices on those.

Why can't the pharmacy ever answer the phone faster. Been on the phone since 9 am it's almost 11:30 am. Thanks so much for making my favorite savemart close for good at least they can answer their phone asap
