If I can give negative stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy. They never have anything in stock and the people working there are incapable of doing anything right. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I had an unsettling and disappointing experience at the Walgreens at Clinton and Brawley. Upon entering the store, I was immediately subjected to what felt like racial profiling by two white female employees—one a larger woman with blonde hair, the other wearing heavy makeup and an overwhelming amount of perfume.
Rather than being greeted as a customer, I felt surveilled and unwelcome, as though my presence alone was cause for suspicion. The discomfort only escalated when I approached the register, where I was spoken to condescendingly and dismissively, which left me feeling disrespected and dehumanized.
As someone who has supported Walgreens for years, I find this experience profoundly disappointing. No one should be made to feel like a threat or an outsider simply because of their race. I hope Walgreens takes incidents like this seriously and provides the necessary training to ensure all customers are treated with dignity and respect.

Rayna. Above and beyond. Very helpful and I thank you.
I just had a cast removed from my hand, and Im not able to write yet. Between helping other customers, Rayna wrote on my greeting card for me. It takes a special person to make such an effort.
Rayna was very friendly, welcoming and greeted me with a smile. Excellent customer service! I greatly appreciate it.
I hope this is the correct spelling of her name. lol

Customer service by cashier was horrible; first before I was even attended there was a young black couple ahead whom the cashier racially profiled. Without reason she proceeds to them “just so you know there are cameras everywhere” that didn’t sit well with me at all. When it was my turn to be tended to she went through everything with a fine toothed comb and says we have to careful now with the coupons being used and proceed to basically lecture me on it. Then to top it off she didn’t give me the corresponding register rewards I earned on the transaction. I didn’t wanna press the issue further because I didn’t want to escalate the situation and be disrespectful myself. People like this should be used primarily for stocking purposes and not deal with customers. I hope corporate and store management sees this and addresses this with the entire team. Just as an FYI I have been to numerous Walgreens in my area and others outside of my local area, this is the absolute worst I have experienced. I will never come back to this particular store and do not recommend anyone else to come here either.

Experience was so terrible, I had to leave a review. I’ve been sick for a couple of days now and due to the circumstances I was having issues with my health insurance. So my significant other took it upon himself to gather temporary medicine for me and when he did, they were profiling and questioning his usage and even after explaining the situation they still belittled him. Everyone should be held responsible the staff at the pharmacy working that day including the cashier, which date is provided in the picture.

Store was clean, acknowledged when I walked inside by rep. Polite customer service. Some prices were high, but was there mainly for the pharmacy.

It has been decades since I was at a Walgreens but since the CVS down the street is closed. I decided to go across the street to Walgreens to fill my prescriptions and I am really happy with the way they take care of me here they are very nice and friendly.....I guess it was just out of convenience that I went to CVS and I just didn't cross the street to Walgreens. Now I am going to continue with them. It's cheaper to be a member. So be a member !!!

They gave wrong medication after going back and forth and waiting in long line every time for 5 times got vit D instead of blood pressure medication instead of accepting their mistake Jason associate work their is trying to blame us. Worst place. When asked for flu shot they said we are busy come other time like got the same answer 4 times.Please PLEASE check your medication ? before taking it.

This Walgreens review is exclusively for the pharmacy.Pharmacy on past occasions does not call when an order is filled, never lets you know if and when it’s ready, or it’s been there. Never heard from them at all.Now, I’m here in person and every single person on the pharmacy staff is late from lunch. There are several of us waiting. It is very clear nobody cares for their position here.So they show up and they’re slow and behind. Very weak team.
