Love this Walgreens! My people inside the store who are always awesome! Everyone in the pharmacy goes above and beyond. They truly care and help to the best of their ability. My mom has multiple chronic illnesses and I have a chronic illness. The support is beyond belief. RD, Manpreet, Cindy, RIMPLE, Ana, Devon, Bruce and all the floaters including management who are always helping. Great people who care about my health. Nothing more I can ask. ❤

One of the employees named Jemma was very helpful. I was struggling with some coupons and she helped me by explaining and helping me look for items. She was very patient, kind and didn't rush me. I'm very grateful for people like Jemma,12/10 customer service.

Never answer phone calls waiting time period too long in line drive through service very poor. Staff very careless always missing orders.

Bold face liars. They say things like oh your dr didn’t send this over little to find out it’s them every time! I’m on med number 6 that I have had to go down there and tell them I’ve talked to the dr the insurance company and it’s on you guys and it’s always oh we are so sorry I don’t know why it went to that folder like they play dumb every single time. Do not go here especially if u have meds that u depend on you will not get them.

Everything was fine until I was checking out. The cashier was talking in her microphone to someone in the back about her lunch break while there was a 6-person line and she hadn't even called for cashier backup. It took her 5 minutes to check us out even though we had 3 items. I do not want to go back.

I visited the Walgreens on 4771 W Ashlan Ave, Fresno for passport photos, on Sat about 10am. I was wearing a beige t-shirt, which Elyssa, shift-lead said it would bleed into the background. Seeing no dark appearal nearby to purchase, I asked Elyssa who was wearing a beautiful black sweater, if I could borrow for the photo. And to my surprise. she smiled and said "sure". ☺️ I received my photos about 10 mins later. This kindness saved me time, which I was short on. Thank YOU Elyssa for your kindness and exceptional customer service.

Came to pick up my medication at 1 and was told to come back after 4 and it would be ready. Came back at 645 and was told it is not ready and it would take another 40 mins. Wasted so much time waiting for my medication just to be told it is still not ready again. This place is terrible.

For over 12 years, I go into Walgreens to get a flu shot, go in to get a flu shot only one in line, I'm disabled walk with two arm crutches, tell the guy I'm here to get a flu shot, he tells me you just can't walk in here and get a flu shot you have to come back Monday, really, don't know what happened to this Walgreens but it ain't worth a crap no more really disappointed, it's time for me to look for a new pharmacy,

If I can give it a zero star, I would. I am still on hold as I am writing this. It has been well over 40 minutes and there's an incident of staff hanging up on me after being on hold the first time around. Staff members seem to have a tendency to pick up the call just to put it right back on hold. Very disappointing that the employees could not answer the calls in a timely matter. It was just one prescription that I have been waiting for all day. There was an issue regarding insurance, however, to my understanding, it was resolved in the morning when a staff member called me. But each time I use the automated system to check on the medication, hours after I thought it was resolved, it was still saying that the issue was not resolved. This is what prompted me to get in touch with someone so I can figure it out and get my medication, but it seems like getting patients their medication is not Walgreens pharmacy priority. I am disappointed. Btw, It was not at all during lunch hours.
