Walgreens is a popular pharmacy and retail store that offers a wide range of services, from filling prescriptions to printing photos. The store at Nees & First is clean, and the pharmacy staff are helpful, but the app and website can be confusing and frustrating, with issues like constant re-logging and freezing. The photo center, on the other hand, receives high praise. Yovanni and Michael are described as awesome, patient, and helpful, ensuring customers are satisfied with the quality of their photos before leaving. The front cashier is also friendly and helpful. Customers have had positive experiences at the Walgreens store itself, finding it clean, organized, and with ample parking. One customer, who was doing a large DoorDash order, was struggling to find certain products, but an associate named Phil stepped in and helped them quickly find everything they needed, providing excellent customer service. The pharmacy also receives praise for its handling of COVID-19 booster appointments. After being turned away at a CVS due to outdated guidelines, a customer was able to easily schedule and receive their booster at Walgreens, with the pharmacist knowledgeable about the current CDC guidelines. Overall, Walgreens seems to offer a mixed experience, with some frustrations with the digital services but generally positive feedback on the in-store experience, particularly the helpful staff and the photo center.
RE: PRESCRIPTION My story is too long to go into. Never in my life have I dealt with so many incompetent people. They are ALL terrible communicators.

The pharmacy manager is excellent. Really knows her stuff! And has her department running like a well oiled machine.

We had a great experience at walgreen photo! Yovani helped pick out a great frame and looked through to make sure there were no cracks or dust (we were doing a floating frame). The Walgreens its self was also clean and organized. Spacious parking lot, safe area.
