You're charged different prices for different sized photos & yet they never cut them. I have been refused when I ask them to cut them. I shouldn't be charged different prices & then have to cut them myself. I also just placed a card order for 40 5x7 cards. I got home today to find that I was given 0 envelopes. The envelopes are supposed to come with the cards! Every time I walk in, no matter what time of day, there's a line at the front register bc the check out process is pretty slow, then factor in the occasional needy customer, but I'd be walking all around the store to find someone to help me with my photo pick up bc there's never anyone close by. I don't do that anymore, I can see there's nobody in photo when I walk through the door & tell the person at the front register checking people out that I need someone at photo as I'm walking by.

We had a great experience at walgreen photo! Yovani helped pick out a great frame and looked through to make sure there were no cracks or dust (we were doing a floating frame). The Walgreens its self was also clean and organized. Spacious parking lot, safe area.

I've gotten my prescription for insulin at this location for FOREVER, I hate leaving a bad review but the people I talked to at the pharmacy were incredibly rude and disrespectful. The first lady I talked to with concerns about my prescription just straight up laughed at any questions I had acting like I was a complete idiot for being confused as to how my INSULIN is always having issues with them processing it, the 2nd lady we got transferred too told us to go somewhere else if it's so confusing for me, so that's exactly what I did. I transferred everything too CVS. Maybe they don't want people going to their pharmacy?

Place to grab your quick things you need. I always go in for the redbull deals..everything else a bit pricy.

Pharmacy is insanely slow. Lined up 3x, and within these times, I'd been told 15 -20 minutes wait. Add that up. I'm still waiting. Really shouldn't tell people 15 to 20 minutes when you know you're not going to be able to finish filling it at that time. I'm fine with waiting, with all this time waiting, i could have been home resting. Update, got my prescriptions, but they forgot to fill the 4th one. Im not waiting another hour... This experience left me very irate.

On 4-23-23 I was at the store doing a huge shopping pay DOORDASH order and was struggling to find certain products. So being on a time limit can bring on anxiety and stress trying to complete my shopping task on time for my customers. A Walgreens associate named Phil came out of nowhere, and was my knight in shining armor! He asked me if I needed any help, and the rest was history! He knew where every item was that I was shopping for! She was fast, smart, professional, concerned, kind, and beautiful customer service skills, 100%! Phil save me and got me on my way to deliver to my customer. Thank you Phil, for being that special associate! Walgreens and the world need more people like you!

Geez. The wait times to get prescriptions is unheard off. Now I see why companies like Amazon and mark cubans pharmaceutical home delivery company will kill rite aid, cvs and Walgreens

good luck getting a hold of a pharmacist. "walgreens please hold" and then click. over and over and over and over. No one ever gives you a chance to speak and no one answers the phone. Horrible way to run a business.

I just want to briefly allude that the pharmacist I dealt with was incompetent and oblivious. Walgreens was my primary pharmacy, and unfortunately the pharmacist at the drive thru stated she couldn't find me when I already picked up prescriptions twice at the same Walgreens. I didn't pay mind to this confusion mistake, however the worst thing is that it took them 6 hours to transfer my insurance to CVS although they called me to get my permission to do so.CVS pharmacy called them three times and every time they said they'll transfer but never did until CVS closed and I had to wait for the following day to pick it up. They're totally unreliable and absurd customer service because they weren't efficient in the process and my son couldn't get his eye drops and had to wait.

The pharmacy staff ignored customers for over ten minutes, and the lines for the front register had thirteen people waiting for one cashier.

After being turned away for a scheduled COVID-19 booster at CVS due to the pharmacist not being up to date with CDC guidelines, I popped into Walgreens to see if they were following latest guidance. "Of course" the pharmacy assistant said as they directed me to their online booking system. Scheduling was a breeze, the appointment happened on time, and the pharmacist I spoke with was knowledgeable about what the current CDC guidelines actually were. I was in and out in in 15 min and now feel much less anxious about waning immunity. Thank you Walgreens for staying on top of CDC guidelines and ensuring all your customers have access to boosters!

As far as the Pharmacy Department goes, employees are friendly and efficient. I got my booster shot today and everything went smoothly, no wait, no hassles. My appointment was at 10:20 am and got my shot by 10:23 am. First you go to the window labeled "First Window " at the pharmacy center, show your vaccination card and your insurance card , fill out a form and have your temperature checked. Then you go behind a sectional for privacy then a technician comes out and gives you a shot. You don't have to wait by the pharmacy afterwards. You can walk around the store for 15 minutes and leave when 15 minutes is up.

Good service! Workers are masked. I went here to get a bandage for my ankle that hasn't fully healed from when I hurt it. My mother wanted almonds too. Luckily, with the rewards program Walgreens has my bandage was free! $10 off! Woohoo! The store isn't the cleanest, but most of it is. Still safe. The worker at checkout wished a good day! Good service and they have all different good stuff!
