Pharmacy is absolutely useless. Every single time I go here they never have anything ready. Always a huge line, or they are gone to lunch. Excuses every time and have to wait 10-15 minutes even when I’m the only person in line to pick up one thing that was ordered over a week ago.
On the other hand the Walgreens store employees are very nice and have always been helpful. But seriously I hate this pharmacy with a passion, avoid it at all costs if you can.

If I could give negative stars I would. The absolutely the worst customer service in the pharmacy. They have been outright hostile to me multiple times and dishonest. It cant be just me- they literally have a NEW sign hanging in their pharmacy window asking people to be kind to the pharmacy staff. If you have to put a sign in your window reminding your customers to be kind, then you as a business have a problem. Do not recommend what so ever. PERIOD.

Elijah in the photo department was extremely helpful. Helped me fit my photo to the frame perfectly even though I’d cropped and saved the image in my phone incorrectly. 10/10 service.

I frequent this particular Walgreens as the staff are all very friendly and the store is very clean and organized.
They also have early & late Pharmacy hours so it’s convenient to pick up prescriptions before or after work.
All the Pharmacist’s are knowledgeable & helpful. Van, Tam, both Amy’s! Thank you

This pharmacy does not even deserve one star. Every single person I encountered was rude and unprofessional and unable to provide any assistance. I never leave reviews but this one is warranted. They are incompetent and inadequate.

If I could give the people at the pharmacy -5 stars I would! The counter staff are unprofessional and most of the time just rude. The pharmacists stand there and listen and do nothing about it. After speaking to the store manager she tells me she will "talk to them again, because she always gets complaints", what...? Why don't they do something about it??? I switched to Rite-Aid where they work for you.

If you could use any other pharmacy, do it! They are so rude. If your insurance does not cover something, they refuse to fill it. They won't even call you to ask if you would still like it filled and pay the cash price. And if somethings out of stock and you are waiting for it, they don't call you either to let you know. So that you can find it at another location. Their excuse, they are slammed per the pharmacist. Not my problem. I miss Savemart pharmacy so much.

Called store to see what time they closed thanksgiving day and they said 6pm. Get to the store at 2pm to find their manager locking front doors. Pathetic.

I arrived at 3:30 to see one person in the pharmacy line and no one was attending to at either window. An employee then asked who was next and two people who were waiting on flu shot appts that were not in line. They were being helped by one window for over 30 minutes while the second window was ignoring the inside customers to service the drive thru customers. The issue is cars can keep coming and coming making the inside customers back up especially when the other window is working on shots exclusively. This causes the one person in front of me to leave. No telling how long he was there before I walked up. One of the worst pharmacy shifts I've ever seen. I approached the window and politely asked if they could help us and let one of the cars wait. They advised that the window was for drive thru only. Again, fine if your other window wasn't exclusively helping patients with shot appointments.

She didn’t fill our presentations because of an assumption that she made, when I called her she was very rude and refused to admit that she was wrong. I won’t be using this pharmacy anymore because of Amy. Do better Walgreens, do better!
