Pharmacy tech, Tiffany was very rude. We had an appointment, And it was maybe five minutes past our appointment time, She was helping other customers. So I decided to walk up and the first thing she said was “are you here for the Covid test?” I said yes, she “Sit down and we’ll call you” Her whole demeanor, her whole attitude was as if she had a bad lunch, and was mad about it or received bad news. she looked angry. She was holding boxes of medication that needed to be put back on the shelf, The way she was handling the medication it was like she was really upset about something. It felt like the morale was off at that pharmacy.. it seem like nobody was happy to be there. Tiffany, the pharmacy tech definitely needs a class on customer service because she lacked it totally. Walgreens needs to reevaluate their pharmacy tech customer service skills because sometimes with staff, when we get busy or we’re on a time crunch nasty attitudes can come through. She was definitely one with the nasty attitude.

Glen or Greg (I unfortunately can’t remember) was so extremely helpful in the photo department. Immediately started working on our business card print order after realizing no one else had. Was very apologetic and kind. Great quality business cards. Thank you!

I really enjoy visiting my Walgreens. I find what I need, many times it's on sale, and the checkout experience is friendly with smiles. Especially Sherry!

Basil the employee was outstanding he worked the sales floor all alone and handled all customers around him. At the Bullard and Figarden Walgreens location. Every person should say hi to Basil. Sweet man. Deserves praises for a job well done ❤️lj

The pharmacy area is staff is horrible. In particular two Asian female pharmacist are rude. They treat customers horribly and talk about customers out loud to were other customers hear personal medication information and say mean things.

the pharmacy and Walgreens staff were very friendly, communicative and eager to help. Liz and staff were very kind and let me know that my prescription was a little behind, but from there stated that there will be a text sent to me and or I can wait in the store as it was only 10 minutes from pickup time. the pharmacist was also very kind and detailed about my prescription, letting me know all side effects. this store is very clean and the staff are so helpful!

Nice, clean store in an absolutely crazy busy shopping center. Layout similar to my usual Walgreens, so everything I was looking for was easy to find. I was third in line to check out, but the line went fast. Be careful in that parking lot, people drive a bit fast.

Don’t do your Covid testing here. You make an appointment and get a confirmation email. Drive up to find out it didn’t go through. Definitely won’t be using Walgreen for testing anymore. Pulled up to Rite Aid and got appointment in 10 minutes and got my son tested right away.
