Buyer be aware Walmat Pharmacists think they are doctors and refuse to fill the doctor's prescriptions. They lie, they said the doctors give then wrong numbers, refuse to call doctors and treat elderly (as well as young) like garbage. They act like they know more than the physician and refuse to fill their prescriptions correctly. They all have attitudes, they hound you to death to get certain vaccations so that they can make more money from your insurance carrier. One pharmacist refused to give the injection and said to go to your doctor. Note, Walmat is being sued for having their self-checkout with higher prices then listed, their produce and meat departments are of unsafe to eat. Their meat and produce are stale and full of fat. They over charge for stale food. Be aware of their food. Plus they are still buying clothes from China that is not the proper size listed american's. Did you ever think that they are putting Covid in the packaging?

Usually I'd give them 5 stars......but apparently the lady working the cash register made some kind of deal with some lady that allowed her to leave for who knows how long and crowd everybody else. I went in to pick up a medication but it wasn't ready. So instead of making that same deal I stood there for 20 minutes. When my notification came up I went back in line 4 people deep. This lady came out of nowhere and crowded everybody else. I of course thought she was just asking a question which is beyond rude itself, but after 30 seconds realized she crowded everybody and was being helped. I called them out and told them to hurry because it was not fair for the rest of us who waited. When it was my turn I questioned if anybody else wanted to crowd or if really was my turn. The cash register lady said she was waiting and had come earlier. To which I said so did I. She than claimed the lady left her ID and that's why she was allowed to crowd, to which I said I was gonna do the same exact thing and I was told I couldn't. HER situation was different. I got my medicine and left. By allowing people to crowd in line and making deals that they can just crowd whenever shows really poor judgement and taste. I will continue to call these people out for their BS. This company and everyone who lets people jump lines. Was this person related to them, who knows, who cares?

Yup... the Walmart on Ingram beats the cake. I was at this Walmart onShaw 2 days ago... bought stuff and looked at the clearance isle by the fans. 2 days ago there were 2 watering cans for sale at 2 bucks clearance price.... went back today to hopefully find them there still.. found one. Great! The 2. Price was off the can but it had a skew number... took it to pay for it and they charged me 3.98. Asked why.. after all it's still in the clearance isle. Cashier reluctantly called for price check. The woman that came for it didn't even check for the actual price.. just said "the price went up" from the clearance isle??? Yup. Lazy a** employees.. all either on break or going on break and had no time. The last time I was there I also had a really DENSE cashier.. the customer before me bought 2 motor oil cans. One dropped outa his bag, he didn't notice.. came back while I was still there.. she had picked up the can and put it by the register.. when he came to claim it she told him he'll have to pay for it. He showed her the receipt that he did pay for it.. she ARGUED with him that he had to pay for it... when he got loud and mad( don't blame him) she finally handed him the can.... like.. how did she get the can by the register in the first place. Check Everything! They're making $$$$ with false advertisement and rip offs at the check out.

I went to my local Walmart store today(west Shaw in Fresno Ca) to turn in a convertible car seat. I was told that it "wasn't a car seat." I explained that, yes, it is, but was turned away. They said since it could be used as booster (only if you remove the straps and buckle and mine was intact) that it wasn't able to be turned in. I tried to explain the difference and what the website states, but was not listened to at all, unfortunately. Not a huge deal but the employees are uninformed as this is not the offered advertised. They were telling customers that only infant seats would be accepted and that is absolutely untrue. Just a heads up for some better training or communication of these particular associates.

If I could give no stars, I would. Bought a discounted canopy from the camp section. Mind you, they lock the tents and the canopy's to the shelf itself. Now knowing that: we got a worker to help and then waited for someone to come unlock it. Okay all is fine and dandy until the next day when we took it out to bass lake and set it up only to discover that there was bird s*** all over the top of the canopy AND RIPS IN SEVERAL CORNERS. Clearly showing that someone had used it, returned it, and then Walmart proceeded to restock it back on the shelf. Only to trick the customer into thinking that it's simply "on sale". Upon returning it and explaining the situation, the workers look at us like we're crazy. Now fast forward a week or two: We go back to that same section and buy another discounted canopy..... sadly we did not learn our lesson. BECAUSE IT WAS USED No written indication in the product that it was returned or anything. In fact came off looking brand new. Until we opened it and saw pink and purple tassels hanging from each pole. Luckily it had no wear n tear damage. Just ridiculous ballon strings everywhere. Bottom line: don't fall for their sale prices and if u can; open and inspect before u buy from WALMART.

8-14-19 this Walmart has the pick up grocery order. Well I was here 5-10 minutes before two cars and both got THIER food first. One car had 4carts and two employees take THIER food . Stupid!!!! Real big fail!!! A third car just pulled up,and they got THIER stuff TOO!!! Asked for the manager(Johnny) but never came out. Ryan did have to hear my frustration for being the 4th car to get products. I WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN. The 1st time I used this only one car was taken care of ahead of us. Thought it was a honest mistake!!! WRONG!!!! Corporate informned!!

Absolutely awful! They jerked me around about my psychiatric medication, and fed me lie after lie about it requiring 24 hours to fill, which it never has in the 6 years I've been taking it. Then they blamed the insurance, kept me on hold for a total of 13 minutes during a 15 minute call, and found a way to make it my fault that it was going to take forever to fill it. Now I am going to miss a dose of my medication, which put me in the hospital in the past. The blood is on your hands, Walmart. Honestly, though, I know you guys don't read these, and you guys don't really care anyhow.

Had me on hold for hours just bouncing me around to other departments when all i wanted to know is if something was in stock supper unprofessional workers definitely need to work on customers service skills ! Over the phone service is terrible and they don't even say their names so u can hold them accountable for the service! Very disappointing.
