Their security guard named Jamari, followed and harassed my family member in the bathroom and falsely accused them of stealing, completely disregarding protocol. After reviewing the cameras and seeing that my family member did nothing wrong, the head of security came over and apologized to us for that sorry security guard's misconduct. However he still works there and his unprofessional behavior is unchanged and clearly tolerated at this location. Very sad to see, especially since I've frequented this spot for years.

Why does this Walmart always lock their doors early? Like they just lock it earlier and earlier. When other Walmarts don’t? Don’t shop at Walmart just go to Costco or WinCo. We got there at 10:45 and told the security guy I had to get one thing and he sounded scared like he didn’t know what to say.

Employees are rude and does not help. You can never find help when needed. Store sign says they close at 11pm but they always close early false advertisement. They need to correct their signs on their door and update it on Google. Locking doors 15min before closing time is not correct. I wouldn't even give them a star if that was an option.

This store was super clean and although employees were busy stocking merchandise they were helpful when asked a question. My overall experience was very pleasant. I would recommend this store.

The lines are the worst ever,workers here don't work,customer service is the slowest I've ever been at to pay a bill, 3 registers but only one worker everytime!! This is the worst walmart in fresno

Grumpy old hag with no sense working in the makeup isle this morning. Tried to scold me to push the button when she was standing right next to the damn isle like it was coming out of her paycheck or something lol The Walmart on Kings Canyon is way better

Why do all clerks assume everyone are thieves. Good thing this is not my regular Walmart, only go there if in area. My regular one is on Peach & Shaw, & they treat u with respect there. & they are very helpful too.

Pretty awful. For mainly groceries, they have very limited stock. Produce is always bad or will go bad in a day, customer service is awful and they only have one cashier. You have to do everything else yourself and there are only ever about 3-4 self check outs open. Employees get paid to stand around. Would be a great job for a teenager who didn't truly want to work. But would not recommend for grocery shopping

1 hr to get a money order, because management can't have 2 associates working or have someone come and help to get the line to go faster.
