Horrible service! The "personal banker" apparently wasn't trained & wasted over an hour of my time. He screwed up my account & the manager had to call me to fix it & is inconveniencing me - making me go back into the branch to fix it.The teller is incompetent & unprofessional! The manager didn't help out at all - crooked jerks that work here! Avoid this bank

I will NOT be returning to this branch in the future. I went to cash a check & make a deposit & the women at the teller window named Mariana was very disrespectful. While she was counting the cash I noticed a tear on a the larger bill. I pointed that out asking her politely if I can change that torn bill into a newer one. How Mariana dealt with this situation was highly unprofessional. She appears irritated, counted the bills again, pushed the cash in front of me and stated, "I don't see it." She didn't even take her time to accommodate me. I felt disrespected by her actions. I pushed the bills back & said, "it's your job to find the torn bill & replace it." She stated again that she doesn't see anything. I took the cash counted it, & found the torn bill & gave it to her. She quickly changed it for me without apologizing or being empathetic. This branch needs to train their staff members especially tellers such as Mariana to deal with customers in a more respectful & hospitable approach. Wells Fargo, please train your staff members on the concept of professionalism before allowing them to interact with customers.

2 tellers and they no longer have the merchant line! Every time I come the line is long!! As a merchant my whole lunch break is standing in the line at the bank!

All the Wells Fargo Banks in Fresno close at 4:00! How does this closing time assist working individuals that get off at 5:00? Please Wells Fargo change your hours back to pre COVID when no they stayed open to 6:00 pm for working customers. I might have to leave after many years of service because of the inconvenience.

This location has taken FOREVER in allowing customers in the lobby, where other banks promptly let you in. I visited today and might as well been invisible. People arriving afterwards were attended but I wasn't even asked if I had been helped yet. So, I left and called instead, only to be told no one could answer the phone.So, I called their 800 number...same damn thing!!! SHUTDOWN ALREADY!!!

So I tried using the atm to deposit checks and atm would not accept them so I ventured inside after waiting in another long line, there was only one banker on the regular banking side and one for the business side. For whatever reason the female banker left to lunch with no one to relieve her!! Completely unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would. This Wells Fargo needs to get it together.

Slowest moving branch I've encountered from Bakersfield - Madera....they social distance outside but let people outside crowd around? Doesn't make sense.
