Yesterday's worse expirince with WELLS FARGO BANK Banker told me she is with the bank from 8 years. And she did not know how much minimum deposit need to keep in to the account to wave the monthly fees. Even she did not know if client have to keep saftey box he need pesonel saving or checking account. First she closed my account then start finding out with manager. Waste my time. She closed my 15 years old account in seconds. Such a shame for Wells Fargo banking system. Also she do not care the client. She is rushing because he had a lunch. Shame. One more story she called branch manage to help me. She said make appontment on phone then come to open a saftey box. I said no one answere the phone. Yes we do not answere the phone. Then tell me how i can make appointment.And she is saying with very proudly.

All the Wells Fargo Banks in Fresno close at 4:00! How does this closing time assist working individuals that get off at 5:00? Please Wells Fargo change your hours back to pre COVID when no they stayed open to 6:00 pm for working customers. I might have to leave after many years of service because of the inconvenience.

Great bank and came in on a weekday. Super fast service and also Annamarie was a great teller. She helped me make a deposit and did it with great customer service. Recommend this Wells Fargo.

Don't waste time coming here, customers service reps are just standing around and can't help you with anything. Just go to ATM or another bank. Complete waste of time and money having this branch open

They take too long catering to the elderly. I mean shit. They come every week to take 20$ from their account and yet still don't understand how it works and lines are out the door. Have a specific 75 years and up line with a section where they can sit and talk to EACHOTHER instead of the tellers for 15 minutes

So listen...All the employees I've had contact with have been first class. The problem is this...When you've got maybe 10 teller windows a line inside and out combined with only two teller windows open...you see what I'm saying? If I'm going to wait more than 5 minutes my business is going elsewhere. I understand the whole covid situation, keep in mind it affects everyone and it's been going on long enough that alternative methodologies should have already been adopted. So the employees are excellent ...just need to clone them!

Five-stars for: Great service with friendly staff. Very clean. Excellent mobile App with mobile bill-pay. Great web site. I very highly recommend the bank for banking services. Wells Fargo loses 2 stars for their mortgage loan department. The mortgage department isn't great. I am sorry I didn't go elsewhere. I have a feeling they would have wished the same thing about me. The difference being that I was the customer. Sorry I didn't use Quicken Mortgage. Would have saved a ton of money with a lot better service.
