What’s the point of paying extra for a business account when we have to wait in line with the non business account line. Which takes forever
The reason for a business account is to get in and out to be able to get back to our business.
Why the change?
Might as well take out those fees

Hire more tellers! Why you have employees opening new accounts when you don’t even have the staff to serve your current accounts is beyond me…. Waiting in line for over 15 minutes EVERY time I come to your branches is ridiculous! Will be changing banks!

I called regarding a pretty serious situation. I was honestly worried I would get the run around based upon how long my bank transaction took yesterday. Bianca, the operations manager took my call and was immediately able to find and fix the error. I appreciate it, Christmas Eve was really not a day I wanted to be dealing with this situation. However, Bianca made fixing this mistake seamless. Thank you Bianca!

Carla, one of the bankers was very helpful and took her time with helping my mom get a new card orders and also helped with her online banking issue there was not rush and was very nice.

Beware of coming here they gave my dad a fake 50 dollar bill and can’t do anything about it.
Updated my dad went on Thursday and an employee gave him attitude and was very defensive. No customer service at all. Wasn’t till the manager came out and made sure a claim was made.
Over all the bank tried to say my dad was a liar and that all bills went through a machine to detect counterfeit bills. Which is a lie because the bills the teller gave my dad were pulled from their drawers they definitely need to train tellers better and have better customer service over all.

This location is the worst. They always have 1 or 2 tellers. Obviously isn't enough . The line is always long & moves slow. Manager just stands in the back & watches. If your team needs help then help or get another job.

New ATMs are not good at accepting cash and are constantly unavailable/ out of service. Please fix those machines why is there air coming from the ATM making bills fly everywhere??

Took my brother here for some account business. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with helping him understand what was going on. In and out in 15 minutes!
