Bad customer service. I have been going to Wells Fargo in 3 diffrent location, One in Fresno and 2 in Bay area and they all accepting our individual deposit while we bring the all cash togather, and they do accept all my induvidual deposit as well before but only there is one lady that she wouldnt like to accepted. She might be dont like to do her work or she might be lazy. She always look like tired at the counter.

Bad customer service. We got in before they closed but forgot the ID and the worker was not allowing us to get the ID from my sister to complete the transaction.

Beyond slow, 25 people in line 3 towers.When I finally got to the counter she had to go get registered tape and she never came back.I went to the next available cashier

Manager here is super rude.Will not be coming to this location. Waited a while for someone to help me I understand I was a walk in. I just wanted to ask about appointments and availability for another day. Extremely rude.

As a reply to the WF reply. I don’t know why you need more info. Please review ALL the reviews for this location and see that long waits, long lines are a constant problem for Wells Fargo in Fresno. Its a long term problem.
Original: Terminate the manager. Its constant issue of understaffing. I’m number 23 on a Saturday. Its always like this.

Only 2 tellers a lady just standing around, and over 20 people just waiting, even the Garda security was waiting. Not sure what they are thinking but they will always be busy so have the staff for it.

This bank has always some kind stupid excuse for transactions.. no matter deposit or withdraw they always wanna give their philosophy in between..Really?? I deposit my check every month at other location never had problem with my last name or middle name..but this bank do .look like Am 2 person with different name .. thats why they can’t deposit my check .. when I opened a account i open with you guys .. you guys check my social right ?? Did you find 2 different name .. was there problem with last name and middle name .. Whose fault is it to update in system .. Do i have to come behind the window ?? So i can update my last name and middle name in system .. you couldn’t deposit my check cz in ur system there s no middle name after my first name ..soo how did your ATM outside did ?? Get over it please..We have lot of stress in life .. Don’t be the one of it .. get your staff right courses regarding banking soo they can help people not give headache to them..

You guys need a merchant line. I see lots of people had to wait for service and it really takes long time to move that line. Hire new employees.
