Disappointing Banking Experience: Unprofessional and Unhelpful ServiceReview:I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this well-known bank, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. It is disheartening to have such a negative encounter with a financial institution that is supposed to prioritize customer satisfaction.First and foremost, the customer service representatives Becky-at this bank were unprofessional and indifferent. It seemed as though they had no interest in assisting customers and often appeared distant and unengaged. As a current client, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality.Furthermore, when I requested to see a banker to discuss some important matters regarding my account, ( card theft) I was outright refused. It is simply unacceptable for a bank to deny access to their clients. Instead of accommodating my request, the bank insisted that I wait for hours before speaking to a banker. This lack of consideration for my time and needs only added to my frustration.Not only did the bank's customer service leave much to be desired, but the lack of professionalism was evident throughout my experience. The employees seemed untrained and unprepared to handle simple inquiries effectively. It was evident that there was a lack of communication and coordination within the bank, which only contributed to the overall chaos and inefficiency.In conclusion, my interaction with this branch has left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied and disillusioned. The unprofessionalism and the refusal to provide me with the service I required were disheartening and spoke volumes about the bank's disregard for customer support. I strongly recommend exploring alternative banking options to avoid the frustrating experience that I had to endure.

Just horrible service. They intentionally have long lines to encourage people to do online banking. I’m sure Wells Fargo needs to make more money. Customer service, what’s that? It’s 2023 not 1999

All the Wells Fargo Banks in Fresno close at 4:00! How does this closing time assist working individuals that get off at 5:00? Please Wells Fargo change your hours back to pre COVID when no they stayed open to 6:00 pm for working customers. I might have to leave after many years of service because of the inconvenience.

They’re all too slow except for Matt. What normally takes me 10 minutes to make a cash heavy deposit took me 50 minutes today because the teller was unbelievable slow. Everyone there knows me but didn’t help move along the process. I’m done doing deposits at this location because they don’t respect their customer’s time here.

garbage customer service, line out the door they have 1 teller working and 6 guys just huddled up talking. an older man walks up to them and asks for the manager or supervisor and one of the workers says " not here and not my problem". nice. after that i switched banks and will be closing this trash corporate account.

And when i come in today, they say,that i dont have on appointment, for me to wait over in hour and maybe i can been see by a representative..what kind of service do you guys provide for people.i brought my daughter all the way frim Reedley.....

They have always been vary kind and professional to me and very helpful. I have banked with wells Fargo for many years and they are all the same very friendly and helpful I would not bank anywhere else.

This is the WORST Wells Fargo I've ever been to. Terrible service, terrible management and if I could, I would change banks! All I needed to do was deposit lots of cash and it took nearly 30 minutes just waiting for their "training ". Terrible
