All the Wells Fargo Banks in Fresno close at 4:00! How does this closing time assist working individuals that get off at 5:00? Please Wells Fargo change your hours back to pre COVID when no they stayed open to 6:00 pm for working customers. I might have to leave after many years of service because of the inconvenience.

I have never gone to a bank and have been more disappointed, enraged and frustrated. I almost terminated my 10+ year relationship with Wells Fargo due to interactions with this worthless and pitiful place they call a branch. I usually go to the one on Friant when I am in Fresno. They are always very helpful. But evey time I have gone to this branch I had to face rude employees with vacant eyes, who don't know ANYTHING. The last time I went in to increase my daily withdrawal limit, the Manager, THE MANAGER informed me that Wells Fargo does not increase daily withdrawal limits for ANY customers more than $500/day, which was surprising news to me. So I went to a branch when I got back to San Diego, and they informed me this was false information and promptly increased by daily withdrawal limit. I would give 0 stars if I could. How can you become a branch manager of a bank and are totally clueless about fundamental policies of that bank. But then again incompetence and mediocrity is ubiquitous in the valley. But the manager and her whole staff need serious training, and serious lesson in management and service.

This is one of the branches I use, sometimes I walk in other times I drive up. I have never had any trouble with my service here and the everyone is very kind and professional. The serving of coffee is an added bonus and having it doesn't mean you will be waiting long periods of time, the lines moves quickly.

I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for over 15 years. I pulled out $1000 in cash from the teller. When I went to use the cash, I was informed from the clerk at the store one of the $100 bills was counterfeit. I went back to a Wells Fargo immediately and told them what happened. Luckily the clerk admitted that she did notice the bill looked different and still handed it to me. The manager informed me that they don't insure money after it leaves the bank but since the clerk acknowledged her mistake they gave me another bill. I am very disappointed and plan on closing my account soon. If you take anything from this review check your bills! Apparently they can be fake even when they come from the bank.

This branch is the only Wells Fargo branch I will go to and they are the only reason I still bank with WF! They are always so friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure I am helped! They always have a smile on their faces and they look like they enjoy their jobs and they seem to get along with each other, which is very important in customer service. They also sent me a card just to say thanks for coming in! I had another amazing experience with Katherine today, and look forward to many more! :)

This bank gets a zero for customer service. My 20 year old daughter went in to buy a roll of quarters. They wouldn't serve her because she doesn't have a WF account. This was a straight $10 bill for a roll of quarters. What are banks for$
