“Had a rough couple of weeks recently with my older vehicle, but the customer service I experienced was great. The last thing that was messing with my smog check was an O² sensor error that would not turn off. The process was a lengthy chain of swapping O² sensors and diagnostics. However, the communication and service were exemplary. I felt properly informed each visit and each call, and the last couple of diagnostics and part swaps they wouldn't charge me over any oversights because I had already paid beforehand for the services and parts. I don't know a lot of mechanic shops that would do that, knowing a lot of the time they would just charge me again for menial changes or mistakes. I really appreciate both Chris and Steve for the help, my car has now passed smog and will hopefully last me another couple of years. ?”
“I took my slow leaking alloy wheel and tire off of my Vette into wheel king. Ron took care of me and it wasn't more than about 5 min and he confirmed that the leak was at the bead. It took them not more than about 15 maybe 20 min after that to grind off the erosion on the inside of the rim that was causing my leak. And to my surprise as I waited the other gentlemen at the counter that I conversed with turns out to be the owner Greg working at the front counter and I believe he said 42 years strong and counting! Its not often you find the owner of such a prestigious business working the front counter providing top notch service as Greg was! Both Greg and Ron had old school work ethic and I was super impressed with the service from the moment I walked in the store as well as the amazing display of wheels and tires. This place is the ultimate hook-up for your wheel and tires needs!”

“I’m always hesitant when it comes to tires shops, but overall this place left an impression that I gladly liked and appreciated , good prices on used and new, depending on your car. Also be understanding that they aren’t your typical nascar crew that gets it jacked up quickly and off and back on, because I saw that they take time and pride in their work, and made sure my tires were good to go, especially when they cleaned my rims and took off the white markings on the tires to make it look nice. definitely recommend this place and definitely coming here again they were respectful and very straightforward”
“Curbed the wheel on my brand new, 4 day old 2026 Cadillac Lyriq V. Went to a few shops that said they would only be able to match the repair at 80%. A friend recommended Secure It New and he said that they do all the repairs for local car dealerships. Took it to Secure it New and they were very upfront and professional. I was told the repair would be closer to 90-95%. Without hesitation I left my car in their care. Three days later the repair was done and it looks amazing. Can't even tell the rim was damaged. Thankfully I had an add on wheel damage warranty. They worked seamlessly with the warranty company and the entire repair cost me zero out of pocket. “Overall I give Elite Powder coating business four stars because they were kind, polite, good people, and the quality of the jobs done on my Chevy Silverado RST 1500 was amazing and well done. I was in cumunication with Jack, he would answer my calls, text messages in a responsible manner. He sent me pictures of progress and mistakes that needed be redone. Moreover, the pricing was fair for the jobs done. I didn't give the five stars because Jack changed few times when the truck was going to be done and I changed once on him for pick up time. Other than that, he is also flexible and works with you. I didn't know that powder coating is a long process because it requires taking the tires out, bumpers, front grill and more. The truck was done in a week. Jack also sent me picture of the invoice right away in same day I picked up my truck. Hence, I strongly recommend this place to other people. You just have take the initiative to ask for progress and ask questions.”
“Came in for a alignment. The mechanic speaks frequent spanish and some english. He knows alot about alignments and parts. Great spot to do an alignment. Not sure about other services but the alignment was great and detailed.”

“These guys are the best in customer service. I am positive that you will be satisfied with the service and the price. I had a tire emergency and not enough money to get the two tires that failed replaced. The use a a financial service called SNAP that made it possible to get what I needed. “I only went to drop off a friend at that shop because he went to change tires and because of the good service and price I left with two new tires because that's all I had in my wallet if I don't realize that even with new shock absorbers it came out and they still gave me a belt good dog I swear I'll be back”

“Picked up a used tire. Mine had a bump protruding out of the sidewall and it was going flat within about 5 hours from being aired up again. I think I spoke to a Victor, he managed to change the one tire that I absolutely needed but I will be back to change the rest of them. Very reasonably priced! Even new tires we're very reasonable and cheaper than any other tire shop I've shopped new or used tires at. Recommend supporting this local business. Also just to note.. that I didn't see any dogs that the other reviewers were complaining about.”

“My go to tire shop. I go through tires on my agricultural equipment quite often and am in constant need of new tires and tire repairs. Even though they are about a 25-30 minute drive for me its worth the trip and will not use anybody else. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful and they also go above and beyond when im in trouble and need mobile service. Cant recommend enough!”
