I’m not a big sauce guy.. buuuttt ... I saw this on a local to me page (squatches smoking meat) and had to try it. Best stuff ever. I prefer the hot because it has more tang(it’s not hot) . It goes with almost every meal around here now. I have had both think I’m 10-2 (hutches hot to original) Great stuff!

Burnt ends, via regular electric oven. I don’t have a smoker but these turned out fantastic. One whole pork belly cut in strips partially cooked, well seasoned, turned over , seasoned again, cooked some more, cubed and most of a jar of Hutch’s poured into a big wide salad bowl and the ends added, tossed like a salad, laid back onto the cooking sheets, to let the sauce do it’s magic. Much better than I thought possible, maybe even better than if smoked.

Perfect balance. Not overly sweet. It compliments a good rub and makes a rookie on the bbq look like a pro.

This is the most amazingly flavorful and delicious recipe I've ever had in the BBQ sauce department. There is a regular BBQ sauce which has an amazingly blend of spices it is just a tiny bit sweet and delicious. They also have a hot sauce which is equally a delicious but with just the right amount of spice to give it the perfect heat you want without burning the taste buds right off your tongue. I highly recommend both the regular and the hot sauces they are amazingly delicious and at a good price. Try some it's wonderful.

Sampled this Gem of a bbq sauce today at Fresno Ag and it was incredible! Bought a jar of the hot version. Has just enough kick to it. Enjoying a slow cooked tri tip sandwich smothered in Hitch’s BBQ sauce now. Perfection!
