Rented aqua cycles just to do something different with my teens on a Saturday morning. Reservation and waivers were easy to fill out online. I only removed one star because they charge you $10 to open the gate to the marina. I'd recommend you allow extra time to walk from the parking lot to the rental spot on the dock. It's a trek up the dock in the hot summer sun.

Worst experience ever!!!!!I reserved a jet ski from 1-3pm when I got there 15 min before my reservation at 12:45pm they said my reservation was from 12-2pm I still rented the jet ski for the 1 hr! And was still charged for the two hours! I ended up taking it from 1-2pm just because I had already drove 3 hrs away for this! When I return the jet ski at 2pm. I got an email the next day saying they charged me an additional $51.30 for being 10 min late for drop off that’s insane and to top everything off they kept my I.d!!! It was never returned to me! I called to ask if they can mail it out and turns out they don’t have it!!!!!! Waste of my time and money!I do not recommend this place at all!!

Came here quite often, but not anymore. Never had an issue but I guess this is how they treat their customers when there is an issue. They don’t communicate or respond to concerns. Paid for jet ski rental for 2 hours. It flipped within 20 min and they took it back charged me $300 for damage after flipping. Fine, its not their fault it flipped, I get that (even tho jet skis flip all the time, don’t know what damage cost $300, they wouldn’t even tell me) However, they didn’t give a replacement jet ski. I paid for 2 hours and if I don’t get another jet ski I should get my money back. But nope, not from this place. Why am I paying for the entire rental time period when I had it for less than 30 min on top of the damage???

Had a great time at Millerton Lake. Rented a 6 person pontoon boat.Second time renting here.

Such an amazing time on the lake. They have a special taxi service where we just walk up and boat was uncovered, on and ready to go. We left boat there so they could refill it and park and cover it In the morning. Basically the easiest, hastle free boating experience you can ask for! Definitely recommend buying a slip here! And the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Looking at some of the past posts, i heard there were new owners, It definitely seems like new owners.

Got to love the service here. Mike, Larry the boys are awesome. Easy to deal with. We have been here for many years and they are like family with us. We call ahead and they have boat, jetski, pontoon ready for us. Service A+Friendly ness A+Customer service A+Feom Horacio and Family

We had a boat up there a few years ago, and the place was a dump.. nothing was repaired, gas pumps didnt work, etc. Now, a new company is running it, and it is awesome. Multiple gas pumps, new decking on docks, they are putting in a bar/grille, etc, and rent boats and jetskis. Im a happy customer
