I come here because it's a one minute walk away but I plan to stop. The older gentleman who works here never charges you for the item you actually buy and I suspect he's doing this to take a little off the top for himself. When I tried to ask why he's charging me incorrectly he grumpily muttered something about a sale. Today I bought two large slurpees and he charged me for two Milky Ways for $4.49. Looked online and two slurpees are normally $2. So .49 cents here, .50 cents there adds up.

We always come to this 711 because it's really close and their slurpy machine works the best here. But there is only one nice worker there and the other guy is sorta rude. I do like this location it is convenient, the parking lot is wonky though it's always challenging to exit the parking lot for whatever reason. I do like this location a lot though but I give it 3 stars for the inconsistent customer service. Have a beautiful day :) Be kind to everyone - Aloha

I purchased a pint of Ice Cream on Tuesday, Feb 13th for a birthday party. Once I got home, we opened the Ice Cream up to serve it and it had freezer burn. As we tried to scoop it out it was frozen solid and hard, we could not scoop it out We turned it over and read the expiration date which was 09/2023. It was way over priced to find it in this condition. Very disappointing!!

Suspicious activity at the register. Supposedly groceries aren't able to scan so cashier is adding random products and discounts making up amounts that are more than what you're purchasing. Just my experience here.

This 7-Eleven charges you for everything BUT what you actually bought . I try to avoid coming here as much as I can and go to the circle k down the street instead

This 7-Eleven does not have gasoline. No problem cause I just needed water and lotto tickets. Nice to visit a 7-Eleven store with no homeless or drug addicts hanging around the parking lot!! So the ambiance both outside and inside the store was terrific. The store was also clean and well stocked except for their hot food case. How was service? It was below average. No greeting upon entering the store or thank you upon finishing the purchases. He did answer my questions about what was on sale so that was good not to be ignored. He rung up the product because the receipt said I purchased a candy for $3.99. In reality, it was water that I purchased. Oh well, at least I received the buy one get one free special. If I lived in the neighborhood, then I'd probably be a regular. I like using the 7-Eleven app to get good bargains.

STAY AWAY!! This place is a rip off. They charge me $24 for a pack of gum $5 candy $7 and $4 for a Gatorade and the total was $24!!! I told the guy to explain to me why he charge me so much and he said he didn't know English. The receipt said I was charge for other stuff that I didn't even buy. STAY AWAY!!

Why am I receiving items from this address? I did not order them! I’ve tried calling the location to find out how they got our information; nobody answers! Are you aware of this? Seems like they are part of some SCAM!!!

The Southland Corp seems to be capitalizing on the recent inflation plauging the economy. $3.00 for 5 candies (Sweetarts)? $6 for a quart of water? 7-11 has traditionally had abnormally high prices but I would now call them exorbitant... And employees that speak NO English? It doesn't seem as though 2023 has been very kind to 7-11.

I don't do reviews like that but someone needs to shut this store down. Night time Indian dude is high af falling asleep at the counter not even speaking words just sounds. I got water that was buy one get one free, a Starbucks drink, a pizza and nachos. I used my points to get the pizza and nachos free. Total came out to 14 dollars. I gave my card to my gf cause I was putting cheese on the nachos I didn't realize it was 14 dollars. Everything is done and I get back to the car and check the receipt for 14 dollars. There's no way in hell ONE water and a Starbucks drink should come out to 14 dollars. I check the receipt and it says he charged me 10 dollars for one bottle of water when it clearly says only 2 bucks. I run back inside and tell him I need my money back. He sits there with a blank stare because he is high out of his mind. I have to repeat 10 times to give me a refund right now. I used to work for a 7/11 so I told him to re-print the receipt and he didn't know how to. He tells me to come around the back and do it for him. Idk how someone can be this dumb and work at a place like this. He tells me he's not giving me my money back and to leave. So I grab another Starbucks drinks and a water to recoup my costs that he blatantly stole from me. That finally woke him up as he starts yelling at me and telling me he's going to kill me. That's when he reached around the back to grab a weapon. Idk if it was a gun or knife or something but he had the intent to harm. At that point I dropped the drinks as my life is obviously more important than a stupid drink. I say my choice of words on the way out and I couldn't believe this idiot has a job. Genuinely this place needs to shut down. Nasty store on top of that.

This store is okay. The service is a bit in the median range, but they are open late. I typically only come here if I want a super small snack and everything is closed. I recently bought a really small pack of sour candy and it was $2.50. It was so small I feel it should be $1 - $1.50 as it would typically be in the past.

Your location is being used as a front for a bogus Chinese firm who posts Fb ads selling items using US company logs like Costco, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc. and selling them for deep discounts. Because they obtain the shipping address, they then send random items, small purse, hair brush, sunglasses, seed packets. As for the original item ordered, they post a tracking link and has pre-set locations out of China. As time goes on, that tracking says delivered (when it was not) and has pre-set responses to "Did not receive" "Damaged" etc. All bogus. Contact California Attorney General with any details you have.

Ok. The guy behind the counter doesn't speak. Doesn't count back change. I've been going here since 1972. It has changed hands a few times. These are the most unfriendly of all that owned this 7-11

I received a pair of sunglasses in the mail from your address. This is not what I ordered and your phone is disconnected. How do you respond?
