The staff, management, and service are incredible, outstanding, and very nice, treating guests like absolute VIPs and offering helpful assistance. While generally an unforgettable and premium experience, there have been instances of early closing on Thursday nights. Their cigar selection is limited compared to other cigar shops that just sell cigars. Their big seller is the bars and other amenities that they have. But it is a nice place and the staff is friendly and they know the cigars they do have.
