Bathroom closes at 9, they say it's a "policy they have to follow" I'm a paying customer and it's literally 9:06 and they won't let me use the restroom? Bathroom policies are getting out of hand, people are just lazy and don't want to clean even when the store is open all night

I always go to Arco in Orange County. I am a rideshare driver and I drive between 1 and 6am. I go to Arco because y'all always have fresh coffee and clean restrooms. I went to Arco at 1202 E Orangethorpe Ave, Fullerton, CA 92831, it was 4:50 am and I wanted my coffee and to relieve myself. I asked the man to use tge bathroom and he said that the bathroom was closed until 5am. It was 10 minutes til 5 and told him that I really had to go and one of the reason that I come to Arco us the bathrooms. He refused.
If I can't use your bathroom, then you are just like 7eleven and Chevron.
Please get your act together. Either the bathrooms are open or not!!!
Very unsatisfied customer.

I like this gas station very much, it's always clean and spacious, it has it all. They don't close like others in the middle of the night. Very good service I can see and say.
