I don't understand much about c phones. I had some questions/problems, and the female employee listened to me, and explained everything I wanted to know in a way that I could understand. She was excellent, even when I asked more than once, she made sure
She didn't try to sell me anything. I asked about warranty, etc. Since I am still paying for the phone, she recommended ins. for 7months, though she could have tried to sell me 1 or 2years. She is the employee every employer should have .

Customer Service at Fullerton At&t store was great... Can't say the same about the one in Cerritos off of Bloomfield.

The AT&T Associate, Lima, who helped me activate my new Moto G Power phone was extremely helpful and made the transition from my very old Moto 5G Phone seamless and painless. She transferred virrtually everything from my old phone over to my new phone very quickly. While at the same time, was very friendly and conversational while doing it. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience, which I did not expect it to be.

READ THIS FULL REVIEW...GREAT ENDING!. January 2024, i went into an Orange County ATT company store and asked for 2 new phones and a plan that was close to my existing plan - $169.00/month. I was sold 2 extra lines and told it was going to be about $174.00.month, My February, March and April bills were +$350.00 each! Called ATT. After 3.5 hours they instructed me to take back to the store, have manager call them and unwind the convoluted billing, turn the phones in and start over. Went in and they refused to make the call but promised to fix. After calls and emails - NOTHING!
I called the Fullerton store and told my sad story to the manager Javier Oliver. He told me to come in and he'd figure it out and get my bill to the expected price. He had no responsibility for this mess, but spent hours researching and correcting the billing. It was a very complex process. He never once complained about doing the other store's job. He assured me that this problem will be corrected. Yesterday, 05/13/24 he made good on his promise. Everything is as I expected in January thanks to Javier with help from Daisy & Fernando.
Conclusion - ATT Fullerton is the place to go for service, purchase and advice. Javier & his team really care about the customer. It's not just lip service. They are the best phone people I've ever worked with.

Not solution whatsoever, the manager was rude, wouldnt recommend hiring a service here they don't know how to provide a full service, as long as they sell they don't care offering a solution, they offer me a 3rd plan saying that if we ever pay it full, it wouldn't affect the other lines and now that is paid the other 2 lines are getting higher prices (which they didn't mentioned it would happen) now i have 2 lines and l'm still basically paying 3 lines, doesnt make any sense, worse customer service, think it thru before making any purchase here.

I came in to get my esim reset due to something about it being on my imei2… one of the att workers helped me out and she was probably one of the prettiest girls I’ve ever layed eyes on. They were playing cumbia meanwhile but anyway if you remember me I was too nervous to ask for your #. HMU on insta 5ohsergio :)
