If you are banking with BoA go to this branch and see Javier Lopez. Mr Lopez was an excellent banker, he is very professional and very knowledgeable with both BoA and Merrill accounts. He helped us consolidate 2 boa IRAs into one Merrill IRA and he explained everything in clear and professional manner. He certainly changed my opinion about banking through BoA. Thank you again Mr Lopez. The branches at rowland height can certainly learn from him!!

very bad service, especially the Mexican girl, it feels like she doesn’t notice you, you can sit for 3 or four hours without results, I don’t recommend it to anyone

Here to close the accounts that my kids have. Simply waiting for about an hour. How hard it is to close the account that they have me wait for an hour and stillWaiting. Horrible customer service and they are asking why we are closing the accounts. Go figure!!!

Bank of America is behind the times. To verify a check with Schools First all you have to do is tap an option on your screen and you see the check. not so with Bank of America. With all the wealth they have, they cannot update their system. You must open your bank book and track it in your bank records. I am 83 and I've been doing that since I had a checking account 60 years ago. Get with it, B of A. We are living in a digital age where things are made easy for us to do.

There was one teller open; one person depositing checks ahead of me; it took Samantha the teller 5 minutes (at least) to process his transaction; my transaction was cashing a check and depositing a check (I had deposit slip completed before I got to the window & keyed my debit card before teller took my checks)..... I would say Samantha is a painfully slow teller in need of training... but, I'm going with the conspiracy that B of A wants to eliminate all teller transactions...

If I could get this place is zero stars I would. I have been waiting to make two deposits for over 16 minutes. There are only two tellers, but two more additional people behind the counter I can't believe this place would allow a customer to stand here for almost 20 minutes and not open another teller station.

For the fact that they are open on Saturday morning's and no other B of A is, they get 4 stars. They are pretty short staffed so wait times can be long, but it is what it is. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Horrible! Only ONE teller any time of the day you go! The line is so long that it goes all the way to the outside. Night deposit is not available; it takes up to 1 1/2 to process these deposits!

This has to be one of the worst branches in the city. Regional manager was no help juts brushed us off. Didn't even give us the right information and still haven't been Abel to get help. Is there a reason why they people can't do there job and pick up the phone.
