The associates were super kind and helped me sort out my return. When I went there was a poor lil hummingbird stuck inside the store, the associates were trying to help get the lil poor thing out. Overall a great time shopping.

Although there is a location closer to me than this one, I prefer driving to the Fullerton location. The sale associates are friendly and helpful. They give recommendations for scents you may like based on your favorite scents.
