Apparently they only buy certain type of clothing. I was told they only buy wide leg pants. They should inform sellers online what type of clothing they will buy.

One of the few vintage stores I've visited that doesn't price their stock like it's rare collectibles from the age of pharaohs. Even quality, rare items were priced reasonably. This place cares about customers coming back.
What makes Buffalo Exchange so wonderful is that they do have a huge stock of good vintage clothing (as well as plenty of non-vintage), it is well curated, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I didn't realize how good Buffalo Exchange was until I went to another vintage shop across the street, where the selection wasn't half as good but its prices were twice as high.

Long line. Not very organized. They did not even open up the shoes bag and we just lost two hours waiting for nothing. Grandma was pretty upset about because she was thinking of buying stuff from the store from the items that she was going to sell. She have brand new everything however, they bought from her; nothing, nada. Sad! đ

I regret taking my high-quality, branded activewear and new jeans to this store. They offered me only $40 in cash or $800 in store credit, without informing me over the phone about their significant preference for store credit over cash payments. After making the trip from the Inland Empire, I wonât be returning. The staffâs poor attitude made me feel as if my clothes werenât âvintageâ enough, and they spoke to me condescendingly. When I declined their offer, mentioning Iâd lose money and could sell the items on Marketplace instead, they treated me dismissively.

Brought in brand new Levi shorts and 501 jeans that added up to 300 dollars in value and I was offered 100 dollars store credit or 50 bucks cash. I waited an hour for a lowball offer ridiculous they really need to change that manager she is not customer friendly she puts up a front but itâs see through might be low key raciest as well

I took brand new clothes and used clothes with the following brands: Guess, Michael kors, BeBe, forever 21, Charlotte Rouse etc and they did not want to buy one thing because it didnât fit with their style and because she saw one little ant crawling on the bag. I understand it may be policy not to take anything that might have ants. But it was one little ant that probably crawled into my bag when I was waiting in their store. The person that looked over my bag looked annoyed and gave a bad vibe. She tried her best to hide it but I could just sense it.

Being diagnosed with my disability has been rough but shopping here for years is my therapy and my service dog helps me Incase I have a seizure which alerts people and does also alert me for medication time . Yesterday sage asked me in the beginning how I was doing with my shopping which was nice and didnt mind my service dog. After 45 min of shopping one employee disgruntled my service dog by almost stepping on him who is only 7 months and when my service dog sat up and greeted her to pet him and instead reminded me rudly only service dogs allowed and told me to leave after I explained to her he's a service dog. After feeling pushed out and alienated I then called talked to sage the manager and told her my experience and she said my service dog jumped towards her employee which was a lie and continued to talk over me defending employee even tho she acknowledge me and my service dog with no faults on dog. I told sage il let corporate or her boss know tomorrow about my medical records and this incident and she continued to insult me by saying i don't need to bring up medical records to them I ended the call saying this is my condition and what happened and I feel horrible that sage would talk over me and filibuster the conversation and wouldn't leave room for this disabled man to speak. We ended call on a high note saying there's no issue but plz train your employee not to almost step and disrupt service dog and that it's not ok. Worst experience at buffalo here in Fullerton but won't let it ruin my future shopping here. I will update her and this review later after I talk with her boss or corperate. Romans 3:23

Donât bother selling your stuff here. I waited for two hours with two bags full of clothes only for them to take 2 items and paying $5. Complete waste of time.

First of all the staff at this location are Great! They are over the top customer friendly, professional and great workers. The store itself is full of clothing treasures and the prices are fair. It is always a pleasure to shop here. Id like to mention an employee who attended to me the day I brought in clothing articles to sale, Her name is SAGE and she is Altogether Lovely!!!
