Got a pedicure in 35 minutes, I really just wanted my cuticles cut and cleaned. No polish o anything. I like that they set the timer for the appropriate amount of time for the massage. I got the second option for pedicure but to me it just seemed like what other places call a regular pedicure without the upcharge. My toes looked almost the same after the 35 minutes..
Salon was clean and gloves where used during the service.
There's a sign that says they're not responsible for anything 4 days after service. I've never seen that one before I'd be wary...

We will never go here again. We went to get our nails done and they told us they were closed. Another mom and daughter walked in after us and they took them. They use to be good but they lost our business.

I told one of the nail techs Tina to use acetone to remove the nails but instead proceeded to rip the acrylic nail with another nail and it was so excruciating painful that I almost cried and now my fingernail is so damaged that I don't even know if it's going to grow out or not

This place has gone down hill, and today was my last time there. I had taken a break from coming here and appears it's new owners. We'll I went a month back they forgot part of my service, and I came today and they made me pay halfway through my service, while others paid after theirs. I wish I could say it wasn't racial but it felt like it was. So, with that, I'm no longer going to patron this place.

I went to get a regular cleaning, and Amy she didn’t even clean it right. I was there for 10mins and she’s done. She didn’t push and clean my cuticle! This crazy! I have never encounter this kind of service. And they wait you for the tip looking at you waiting as if they did a good job, i will never come back here again. I just wasted my money. Shame!
Cleanliness: My nails look the same! Just covered with nail polish but not clean.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!
Got my nails done and they pilled off same day, went next day to get them fixed but the answer of the manager (Crystal) was to wait 30/45 minutes. I couldn’t wait, first bc I already moved an appointment to go before this place closed and second BECAUSE IT WAS NOT MY FAULT!
Then I asked for a partial refund but the attitude of the manager was just rude and careless.
She had the audacity to started yelling at m e in front of the salon. Saying I had to wait, there was no other solution she could give me.
One guy finally accepted to “fixed my nails” BUT ONE OF THE NAILS FELT WHEN I ARRIVED HOME.

got my nails done by henry and it was a very enjoyable experience! super relaxing and he did a great job. he was very complacent with my requests and was really detail oriented. he even gave me a discount at the end of my appointment. definitely coming back!

I came here to get my gel polish removed. The lady didn't use any soak off solution or anything. She straight up just dremel'd off all the polish and took half of my nails with it too. My nails are so brittle now that they snap off or crack if there's any length, I have to keep trimming them all the way so nothing sticks out

Henry, who did my nails fell asleep while doing my nails. It was the worst job ever. The nail polish was all over and under every one of my nails. When I put my hand inside the LED light, it was burning! He then used the electric nail file to file every one of them because they are so messy! I had them done last Wednesday, so it’s been 4 days and they’re all coming off. I can’t believe I paid to get myself a horrific experience…. My honest opinion, don’t come here!

Great salon great prices. Nice staff. Easy going in and out. I left a big tip bc of service and low prices. They looked pretty on the Surfliner....Thank you
