Went to the bank a little while ago to open a banking account. I got told they'll give me information and they can't open account today. What bank does that? Horrible service. No wonder I left them 12 years ago

Can't make this up. So I have had a chase account for years , but never really used it. Decided to close most of accounts with other banks and go with chase . So I walk in there with my wife to just add her to sign on account. There were two customers in whole bank. The greeter who is the bank manager tells me we need to make an appointment. I said I need to make an appointment To add her to my account? I told him ok let's do that . He tells me they are one month out. One month to add my wife to checking? Then I asked what if I become saphire he said no diffrence. I have an atm receipt to show actual time I was there to verify the people in branch, I asked the general manager if he can assist because we both work during the week day . He said no and laughed. I just can't believe how lazy people have gotten. Their customer service was awful. Anyway teachers credit union thanks you. One last thing I would like to add. If it takes a month to add a person to your account. How long does it take to correct a problem with them? Just saying.

Chase Bank teller : Stephanie is all BULL !!! I came today around 2pm to deposit some money in my saving account. After that I signed the check for myself to cash out some money from my checking account , I did show her my ID and my ATM . She did put my ID number in her computer ! After that she start to have so many stupid questions like : Do you work ? ( my ID show I'm 82+ ) then : Where do you work before ? And so and so .... My account, My money, and I can't get it ???? What's so stupid ... It's taken almost 20 minutes to get my money! What's waste time and ruined my afternoon! I supposed to give 0 star !! Avoid her !! That's my Bank ??

Chase is the worst bank you can go to! They like to give me & my 87 year old grandmother who I have lived with my entire existence an extremely hard time getting her money out to pay bills & whatever else necessary. Manager here called it in "suspicious" when it is surely a hassle helping her get around to get her money out. They are constantly putting blocks on her account & keeping an eye on whatever she decides to spend it on. They are extremely nosey & will ask you personal questions on what you spend your money on. I would never choose Chase bank unless you enjoy not having access to your own funds. Side note, I even got documentation that she LEGALLY signed for me to be able to help her & STILL give her a hard time. We will certainly be taking this to their complaint center as well if there is one.

The branch manager as of 2923 is amazing. This branch is particularly located near a freeway and 399,999+ residents commuting, horribly skeleton crew- but they make it happen. They work their butts off. The manager greeted me and handled my simple issues and thanked me for being a valued customer. Maybe I got lucky?

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This is one of the worst banks! First, their hours for a Saturday are completely wrong! It shows open until 4 pm but yet I arrived at 2:02 pm and it's already closed. Apparently, they close at 2 pm, and God forbid you miss it by 2 minutes, simply ridiculous. I only come here because it's my landlords bank because otherwise, I would not step foot into this Chase bank!

I was amazed and surprised at the level of service received from the banking Specialist, Mr. Jason Chang. I walked in trying to get an appointment as I needed some documents to be notarized. Mr. Chang greeted me at the door and advised that there's immediate availability for the notary service as he IS the notary at the branch. He is very knowledgeable and provided some financial insight to my wife and I. I got all my documents notarized in less than 30 mins. Thank you Mr. Chang!

Don't bother with banks like these. BofA, Wells Fargo, Chase.....the big banks don't care about doing business. I don't have a membership here but I entered because someone paid me with a Chase check and I live very close by so I figured I'd just walk in. To cash a check from their bank costs $10. $10. Wow. In other words, one of their loyal customers uses one of their checks to pay someone and that person gets shafted by the same bank? Why would anyone even consider becoming a customer? Find a good credit union. Even before I was a member of mine, they always treated me with respect and dignity. That's why I joined them and never looked back.

Waiting in line for a cashier, only two working, while the manager sits at his desk doing nothing to help to get the line moving.

The atms are down or broken half the time I come, very frustrating and it feels like it’s not a priority to the bank with how much foot traffic the atms get after hours.

From my understanding, im able to create a savings account because of my highschool acct per the banker on euclid in anaheim. I couldn't apply online because i'm 17, but i can walk in if i wanted to without a parent and create one. So i walk into the bank i scheduled an appointment with (the one in fullerton because euclid wasn't avail). I talk to jason, old guy. Started off polite, and I tell him my situation and he explains that i can't. But he was SO rude. I have NEVER been treated like that. I asked a couple questions due to the banker on Euclid telling me the exact opposite of what he was saying, but I understood everything he said with respect and politeness. idk if its just because im underage or if i'm wasting his time that he felt the need to give me so much attitude. Is this how y'all represent customer service? I dont ever post bad reviews but good lord. Jason, please learn to give people respect regardless of age. I tried calling the branch for a manager, of course no response. I called corporate and they helped me.

I have been banking with Chase for over 10 years and never had an issue until today. I went in to make withdrawal in the form of a cahiers check from my business accounts and i was stonewalled by the worst experienced EVER! The teller was extremely rude not single ounce of customer service from her. She then proceeded to denied my withdrawal stating they do not have a manager on site to approve withdrawls and told me i need to go to a different bank . What kind of customer service is this!? There is always a branch manager or backup manager at every branch. This excuse is unaceptable. And her sheer rudeness and standoffish makes you feel not welcomed. As if you were a burden to deal with as a customer. As soon as a left i attempted to call the branch to speak to a manager but no answer. After 5 attempts and being sent to voicemail i gave up trying to give this branch an opportunity to make things right. i decided to contact Chase banks customer service and file a formal complain on this branch. They assured me it would be handled and taken care of immediately I recommend everyone to do the same
