I love the service here. This is my go to and they can always get me in an execute anything I ask. Def my favorite nail salon and they are always super quick and the retention is always 4+ weeks. You wouldn't be able to find any better around here

They fell off within less than a week called said to come in whenever to get them checked out when I was able to go in I told the lady up In the front she said that’s fine then they proceeded to charge me 90 for one color when the last time it was 65. So you’re telling me it’s 25 extra for just a slight difference of length. Gave me a “discount” 70 when it was suppose to be no charge cus they fell off within days. What a rip off. If you do end up going go for the nail tech mark.Services: Dip powder

Not sure how they price their services. Asked for a pedi that was advertised as $27.00 and it turned out to be $40. that's a big difference. Nothing ordinary , just basic pedicure. First time visiting this location, will not be coming back.

I went here on Tuesday, 12/20/22 with an appointment, and was seen right away. I got a pedicure and a full set. The lady who did my pedicure was great, which is why I am giving this 3 stars. My full set on the other hand is awful! The guy did not listen to anything I was saying. I wanted glitter acrylic and he just put regular acrylic and polish. I told him multiple times but he just kept doing whatever he wants to do. I just gave up trying to tell him, and he did his own thing. On Thursday, that same week, the first nail popped off. Now today, one week later 3 nails have popped off. I would not recommend going here at all, spend your money somewhere where the nails will last at least 3 weeks. I feel like I wasted not only my money, but my time too.

Decided to try a new place since I was too late in making an appointment at my usual place. They took me in right away but when I asked for sample of dip I was rudely pointed to a wall. That customer service should of have been my first clue but I was desperate it was 2 days before Christmas. I picked my color was was shown a spa chair (also getting a pedi). The whole atmosphere was weirdly odd. No one chatted. When the manicurist came he just shaved off my old dip (red) and proceeded to do my fill. He said red is a tough color to remove. I asked if he was going to remove the old dip he said no. (Second clue to leave) when he was ready for color. He grabbed gel. I expressed that I wanted dip. I was given a gel is better. I said I want dip and was told gel was better. FINE I'll trust him. Well as expected he couldn't cover the red. He then proceeded to use black color followed by the grey I picked. By this point I was super annoyed. The one positive note was he made a nice design. Even check out was rude. The 3 (which I assume are owners/manager) all gossiping looked more annoyed for me to pay. What I tried to grab their business card (loyalty) she stopped and said that was only if I paid cash (way to cheat the system). Then this morning woke up and paint began to peel. Less then 24 hours!!!! Now my nails look horrible and I'm out $100. Never again. If you are looking for professionals and a way more friendly environment go to Sessy Nails in Placentia. They treat everyone will such care and it's no wonder they are always so busy!!

Great services. Know how to take care of customers. Happy beauty nail is a good one for taking care of and designing nails.

This is my first time to try a new salon. Usually i like to keep getting nail done at the same place but today i wanna give a try and i'm glad i did. They took a great care for my nails and everyone is very friendly especially the managers. I believe their name is Heidi and Zoe, they're very nice and professional . And the one who did my nail is Justine. He did a beautiful job. Don't know why there are some bad reviews but I definitely love my experience here and I highly recommend for everyone to give it a try Go for it and you will get what you pay for!

They do not disinfect the tools I don't recommend this place. They grab the tools from a box if they have sitting in their station that says soiled that doesn't mean they're clean they don't know that I went to aesthetician school and that I know the qualifications of state board and they're definitely not following it

Worst nail experience ever. I explicitly asked for dip and they proceeded to apply acrylics. When I questioned why and tried to say that’s not what I wanted the nail tech argued with me and refused to stop (he even tried pulling my previous dip off and I had to stop him saying it hurt). The owner came over and apologized but my nail tech didn’t speak to me the remainder of the time (not even to ask what shape I wanted) and messed up the shape. These are my natural nails so I’m very frustrated that the shape is ruined. I will not be returning. The image attached shows the different shapes on my two pointer fingers and the difference in color because they painted over old dip on some nails but not all.

I have been coming here for years back when Tiffany owned it and ever since the new owners bought it this entire place has gone to s**** I remained loyal to the place itself because of my nail techs Tracy, and mark. Just recently I needed a full set to which mark did and Tracy wasn't available so I had to go with another girl who wore glasses. They sat me down in the chair and began both services at the same time, the girl who did my pedicure absolutely butchered my feet and I kept squirming bc she was hurting me to the point my toes began to bleed, then she sprayed alcohol on it absolutely stinging thereafter. While my feet were burning mark was working on my hands but doing what he had wanted and not what I asked for. I had told him at least 10 x I wanted a deep French and referred to the photo so he can see exactly what I wanted but nothing changed. Once he was finished he slapped on some cuticle oil and sent me on my way. When I got home I noticed there was glue left all around my cuticles followed by white polish and ridged texture he didn't smooth out. I paid $140 including tip out the door and had sent Heidi and Joey a message and showed them what happened and told them I wasn't satisfied and that I had sent all of my family and friends to have their nails done there as well as my husband and mother in law and it didn't seem to matter. They offered to "fix it" or a $5 discount off my next service. After years of being a loyal customer there and complaining one time I'll never come back, neither will my friends or family. Below are clearly what I asked for VS what I got

I honestly was disappointed by my last visit. They were able to accommodate me quickly which was very nice but I can tell they were rushing with me. I asked for a sweater texture set and told me they couldn't do it exactly because my natural nail was too small. They told me they could do something similar and seeing as they were rushing I saw they forgot to add a clear coat on top of the "sweater texture". That same day the glitter was falling apart and getting really grimey. I messaged them two days later asking if I can come in and fix them.. no response. I messaged them on Instagram hoping for a response and was BLOCKED instead. Time to hunt for a new nail place again. I saw later they were able to post the exact SAME set only acrylic. So disappointed

After a terrible experience they redeemed themselves the second time around. With these being my birthday set I'm really pleased

I got acrylic nails done here last time and Justin did an amazing job. Very detailed and great quality. However, I went back today to get them removed and another nail technician (not Justin) took a fake nail and literally dug under the nail and dry peeled off my acrylic. It was pretty painful. I thought they would soak it with acetone since peeling it off is very damaging for your nails. Even though it was just $10 to get them removed, I could've just removed it myself at home.

They don't care about gel nails.. only acrylic guests... my design was "too complex" for my lady.. meanwhile my sister walked away with PHENOMENAL nails... here's my nails.. versus what I wanted.. really disappointed that they don't have people do good designs for gel )):
