Fernando and Ashley at self checkout. Should not be working here. If customers service is priority they do not meet the requirements. They are a disservice to your Location in Fullerton.

A complete disaster. Ordered a $800 elliptical. Delivery and assembly was included. Delivery guys destroyed the elliptical when they were assembling it. They made a mistake in assembly and couldn't undo it. They called corporate and tried to get a replacement but it was out of stock. They refunded me. This model is discontinued now. They basically destroyed the last one. What a mess. We called customer service and they were not helpful at all. Next time order and just assemble yourself. Oh and the assembly guys left a mess

This Costco is honestly the worst one there is. The bananas always go bad for some reason. Today was my last time going here, I rather drive a little farther but get better customer service. My toddler had to use the restroom while we were already in line to pay. I left my husband in line to pay while I rushed past people to get to the bathroom. On our way rushing through, a cashier by the name of Eric stopped us and told us to go all the way around because it wasn't safe?!?! There were more people on the other side where he made us go through so it did not make any sense at all why he had us go through a more crowded area if "safety" was his concern. He saw my poor toddler had to use the restroom and I told him we were just going to the bathroom. He didn't care and he blocked us to go around and basically almost pushed me to the other side with his body language. By the time I got to the bathroom since he wasted our time going around my poor baby peed himself. I was so livid. I went back and when I get to the register my husband is waiting there to pay because that idiot cashier Eric is switching with another cashier named Sheila L. I tell him my baby peed himself because he made us go around to which he did not apologize or even look at me. What made it worse was the other idiot cashier who took over for him sided with him and said oh yeah well unfortunately we cannot have anyone go through this side. I was so mad considering my poor baby was just standing there soaked in pee and they were just so matter of fact about it. The moron Eric leaves and and never apologized. At this point I ask to speak to the manager and when she's coming over I see the other cashier Sheila L. quickly tells the manager something to make it seem like I'm in the wrong. Well, to Sheila's surprise the manager actually sides with me saying that Eric should have let me pass through because there are exceptions to let people through and a baby needing to use the restroom asap should have been an exception. The manager tells me that she will talk to Eric and I tell her in front of Sheila L that she should talk to her too because she also agreed saying that I we couldn't go through there to which she blatantly lies and says "no I didn't!!" I can't stand cowards like her. Just be honest and say you were backing up Eric, you coward. The manager was just very sorry about this situation but nothing else. We definitely feel the situation was not handled correctly. My child can get a rash. Once I was telling Eric his dumbass caused my baby to pee himself he starting working slower at counting the money while switching registers with Sheila L. on purpose leaving my baby to sit there in pee longer. If my baby develops a rash all hell will break lose. Learn better customer service. We will be filing a complaint with corporate against Eric and Sheila L.

Go for the gas, end up shopping. The goal is to grab what you need early and get out before peak times.

Had a tire go flat, came into the tire shop before they closed. They took care of my flat tire, and even had a tire ready for back up. Professionals

this review is regarding Costco Fullerton, specifically the produce section. my last three purchases of fruit, grapes, melons, apples, strawberries, blue berries, and other fruits have been disappointing. the fruit is not edible, poor quality, and over ripe, in some cases rotten (strawberries & blue berries). as such ive decided to refrain from purchasing food from the produce department entirely. what happened to you Costco? hire a produce manager

Every so often I need Tire Center service - the service itself is good but the wait times .... ridiculous. Appointments are usually 4 to 5 weeks out. Walk-ins are usually taken on a 1st come basis only, but the problem is, they only have the 'capacity' to service a handful of walk-ins on any given day due to the full appointment log. All Costco Tire Center locations are similar so if you have an immediate need for service (ie flat tire), you have to be w/in the first 4 or 5 walkin-ins for the day (depending on location) to get service. Otherwise, you're out of luck and will need to think of an alternative.

You need to use VISA card not Master card at Costco if you don’t want to get embarrassed by not trained casher at Fullerton Location. I was at this location just now and trying to use Master card without knowing. Obviously it didn’t work, instead of asking if I have Visa card, she was treating me like I lied that I shopped last night with credit card. When customers don’t know why things doesn’t work, cashers can kindly explain or asking questions if I have Visa instead of make a big drama in front of other customers. You are working at Costco because of customers like us. If we don’t shop there, you won’t have a job. Please be appreciative your customers. Don’t need to treat them rude even though they only have Masters card that doesn’t work. We can always come back next time if you are not so rude.I’ve been shop here long time and this is the first casher being rude to me at Fullerton location.

Went to self checkout & the guy asked to see my membership card. He didn't ask anyone else, but he asked ME. No problem, I'm a member & I'm not hiding anything. The only problem was that my hands were full of heavy boxes and my card was in my wallet that was hanging on my wrist. I STRUGGLED to reach my wallet, unzip it, and get my card all while not being able to see what I'm doing and trying to not drop the items. The guy stood there watching me struggle and it took a bit of time for me to actually succeed in getting my card out. In my opinion the polite thing to do would of been for him to offer to hold a box or two so I could access my card and show him. Instead he stood there watching me struggle. What kind of man does that? & the line was only getting longer behind me...

Costco, I love you but your parking sucks Trying to get something, you gotta have a lot of luck There's just so many people here, Getting hit with a car is truly a fear Their food court is so busy that it's not that clean Sorry bro, this review is gonna be a little mean. Out of all the costco's this place rates 2nd worst (the worst being the one in Alhambra). The parking is horrendous because it's small, and it's shared with amazon Fresh. Going inside, it's a little better, but outside is like a zoo.

Only getting a 1 star because you can not give zero. After waiting in line for 5 minutes. I was informed in a very rude manner that I can not order from the window. I was told I had to use the self serve kiosk. There are no signs posted anywhere around the menu or window area that says this is the only way to order. As a long time member this is very disappointing.

Most Costco's are crazy busy so we all deal with it but it would be nice if they had a no personal phone calls while working policy. An employee was on a personal call (which was clearly non emergency) and became distracted in trying to assist the self checkout. Not only was he on his cell phone but didn't have a name tag so he seemed to be just like a normal shopper and not an employee. Just so unprofessional (even if it's a warehouse store).
