Absolutely horrible management! Signed up months before they opened. Girlfriend left the area so we both canceled via telephone and email before the place even opened and never stepped through the door. Half a year later I am receiving 3 calls a week to pay my membership and just received a bill from a collection agency. Spoke with manager once, would not take any more calls from me; went into the gym to cancel and am now being hit up with an additional cancellation fee. What a headache due to either shady tactics or inept management.

The amount of narcissistic girls talking "selfies" in the women's locker room is OUT OF CONTROL. The first time I used the locker room a month ago, easily 50 plus girls came through, posing, taking selfies.. for extended periods of time. Someone even had a tripod set up. Although there is a small sign posted, it clearly gets ignored. The gym owner might be better off building a room and charging all those girls a fee to stand in the mirror and take photos. Open a selfie room and stop compromising everyone's privacy in the locker room. I'm hesitant to return to this gym and cancel my membership because of lack of respect in the locker room. All it takes is 1 photo being posted online or shown to a boyfriend and your life is compromised forever. If this problem isn't solved, I'll report to the city and state.Problem would easily be solved by opening a selfie room and charging members. Also one strike and you loose your gym membership. Simple.

Open in Fullerton as of 12/19/23. Seems like something between Planet Fitness and 24 hour fitness, but EoS is truly twenty-four hours. Ver clean and everything is new. Employees seem very nice.

Spoke with David on the phone and set up a time to meet and discuss signing up. I show up and let the front desk know. 30 minutes go by and I haven’t been approached. Only once to confirm my name and what my business was being there.

Just joined and was treated nicely by the sales rep Nathan! Very surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the gym! Also, prices are awesome because we are paying less at EOS with much more amenities compared to the expensive 24-hour fitness!

Tried to sign up today using my health insurance but was unsuccessful. We have a program at work where you can sign up with various gyms. I was able to sign up using my One Pass number with Chuze, Gold's Gym and Planet Fitness. But at EOS Fitness, you also need to have a confirmation email from One Pass. The Assistant Manager mentioned that people have been using other people's One Pass number to sign up for gym membership. I guess EOS Fitness is not able to verify the One Pass number like Gold's Gym,Planet Fitness or Chuze.

Incredible value! It took the Fullerton EOS location a long time to open, and they hit their revised "Fall 2023" date by the skin of their teeth, but now that it's open, it's pretty fantastic. The most important thing is that they have enough of the things people really use, so people aren't spending half of their visit waiting for dumbbells, a bench, floor space, or pullup bars.Really, that's the bottom line for me. Nothing is worse than feeling anxious that what you need to use is already taken, and knowing there are people eyeing it along with you to grab it as soon as it's free, and your whole workout is ruined because the gym didn't have enough Smith machines or 25lb dumbbells.Kudos to EOS.

This was well worth the wait, if you want a taste of the Ladera Ranch location, well this has it, the layout , vibe, etc, So if you are ready to get a good workout bring your towel, headset and your set, good addition for members...

The gym itself is really nice. The gym is very spacious and the bathrooms are clean when comparing to other gyms. Though it is new, I will have to see if they maintain the cleanliness of the place in a few months time. I understand they did promise to open by summer of this year but only opened this month; however, I think it was worth the wait. I luckily got charged accordingly for my membership without any hiccups, and I got a great deal with all the perks my membership has for the low price of $20 a month. What a steal!

I just wanted to start by saying the gym is great! Love the machines and everything but it's the service that's horrible and deceiving. First of all this gym was scheduled to open back in July and it just opened up yesterday and EOS already charged me $128.00 for absolutely nothing! Let me explain; a month ago before this gym finally had its official opening date my fiancé and I went to finish our registration the representative was talking about deals on a "personal trainer." He informed both of us that the training sessions would be about a month and then we can decide from there if we wanted to keep it or not. The deposit was $20.00 and if we decided to cancel we would get out $20.00 back. I ended up calling to schedule the session and when I asked the manger how many sessions it was going to be he said only one and I had to decide that same day at the gym... I was so confused. The representative also stated that the charge if we did decide to keep it wouldn't have been until a month after. I went in person on December 8 at 4:32PM and spoke to another manager by the name of Jenna which she said she would cancel the training for me which by the way I never even went to because the gym opened up yesterday! So yesterday I got charged $128.00. I called again today and spoke to her again and she said she put in the request again and the she would put in the full refund and nothing has come through yet and my fiancé hasn't received his $20.00 deposit back either. We're pissed and upset that we just joined and it's already turning out to be a scam... how utterly disappointing...

What a bad first impression on this gym. I signed up super early and have been waiting for opening. Without any notice of when the gym is opening today I happen to drive by and see the door open and people walking in so I walked in and asked if it was open yet. The rudest black haired shorter lady (I wish I had gotten her name) walks up to me with the nastiest look on her face. I'm like "hi is the gym open yet"? She treated me like the plague and barks back not until Tuesday as she is turning around to walk away. Wow guys great way to make customers feel welcome and comfortable. I prepaid for a membership I may not even use because I'm not sure I want them to succeed with attitudes like that! Same vibe I got when I went in to verify and get my bar code. That is the only reason I'm writing a review and based on the 2 star rating I see I'm not alone

I signed up back in the summer because I was really excited for this gym to open close to home.I did experience the high-pressure sales tactics that others are mentioning. The sales rep asked the manager if there were any "money back guarantee" deals available. I think he wanted to sweeten the pot. I was only depositing $10 bucks so I told them that wasn't much of a value. I was already sold on the gym, so why would I want my $10 back? The sales rep said it was ahead of schedule in construction. Honestly, their money back guarantee deal had the opposite effect. I originally had no doubts at the time that it was going to open in September or October like they said, so why would I need my money back?I decided to research other EOS fitness centers and realized that others were very late to open. Same promises in the summer but they didn't open the one in Whittier until May of the following year. When I realized this, I decided to look at my contract because I only signed it the previous day.Read the fine print! There was no money back option. It was a word of mouth promise. The contract allows you to cancel and has specific instructions on how to cancel, but you only have five days to do so!I got out of it in time. I signed up with 24 hour fitness instead.

I feel bad that people are saying bad things about this gym. I was sad the gym took a lot longer to open but I'm pretty patient. The staff is are very nice, I went by the gym today and there's a lot more machines and equipment inside and I'm very excited to start going.
