First time at a Five Below (yes, yes I do live under a rock), and was vastly entertained. Not sure how often I'll get all the way over here, but if I'm in the area again, I'll certainly stop by.

I was not having a good day mentally and I was overstimulated. I came in here to buy keychain straps for my water bottle. I found three of them and I thought they were really cute. I go to self check out to purchase and the girl came over to assist me and I told her it’s OK. I got it. I get overstimulated when somebody stands over me, she still stand over me and watch me. I was so confused by this interaction. I already informed her that I got it and it’s OK and she’s like I know go ahead you can bring up I felt so uncomfortable like I was stealing or doing something wrong below this is not OK. I understand that kids may skip scan or do something wrong but you don’t have to make a grown adult feel like they’re doing something wrong. This is so uncomfortable. I was very uncomfortable. I didn’t understand why she still standing there. In the nicest way she still stood there staring at me.

The one thing I hate is being treated like a Thief. I came with my kids and when I stood in line to pay, I get it they watch you like a hawk to make sure you scan everything. No one had there items scanned but when I went to pay she tried to grab the item from my hands to scan all the items for me. I told her I could do it myself. I spent $64 dollars and now I regret going there. I will never go back. **Also this is the second time they do this to me.

This was my first visit and the cashier was incredibly kind and upbeat. She even convinced me to dance to a song that was playing in the store. Her sense of humor made me smile, and overall, it was a delightful experience.

First time checking out this store; very impressed by the selections and staff here are friendly. There are some interesting individuals, but it's not the store's fault. There is plenty of parking in the plaza and the store is open and organized. We got some Christmas presents here; some of the items are in good quality but with much less cost. I love their candies and snack section bc we found something unique here. It's a step up of dollar tree and 99 cent store.

Okay this 5 below is top tier. Thanks to Charlie and Jenny. Hands down the 2 best employees EVER. Their customer services skills are the best.So helpful in helping me find items that I was looking for. They're the reason I keep coming back aside from this being one of the best well stocked/maintained 5 below store locations. And luckily I don't gate keep they have the chamoy pickles here as well.
