Second time this has happened to me. I confirmed yesterday that they had my medication ready for me, and told them I'd be in this afternoon to pick it up. I always call 1st, because I have to drive 15 miles each way in heavy traffic.I arrived expecting to pick up my prescription only to be told they didn't have any in stock. Why did he say they had it the evening before, but don't have it when I arrive when I said I would?Complete lack of customer care. Now I dont have my prescription. And they have no idea when it will come in. It's a med that I have to take on a schedule.I'm so frustrated and disappointed.Note: thanks for the response Mo, but you missed my point. I DID get a confirmation on the phone the day before that even though the dose I was on was unavailable, he could get me the lower dose. He said he had it, and I confirmed I'd be in the next day to pick it up. Why would he confirm if it was unavailable? Thats the part I have a problem with. And thats the part that no one is taking accountability for. I apologize for taking it out on the gal at the counter. When I tried to call later and asked for you, they wouldn't put me through. I just wanted you to know what the issue was personally, before I had to resort to a bad review to let you know. I know I'm not the only frustrated person. I know the med is currently out of stock everywhere. None of that changes what I was promised, and not delivered. Up until this debacle, I was happy with your pharmacy. But not admitting that the person I talked to on the phone on March 13th in the afternoon confirmed they had the lower dose in stock, and I agreed that was better than nothing and I'd be in the following day to pick it up...that is the crux of the problem, and the only problem.

I like this pharmacy because they give me medicines at a good price and they sell me vitamins, I don't need to go to Tijuana, they get them.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. Moved all my meds and my wife's meds over here. The pharmacist Mo goes above and beyond to help us with the medications. He helped me with my very hard to get medicine and got me the best price ever. I like this place cause i come every time and they are all so pleasant and happy. I fully support independent business. I had the best service on this pharmacy. The owner, Mohamed, is very attentive and polite, and gave me the best advice on what I needed. I highly recommend the pharmacy for those who not only need a medicine , but need good and attentive treatment.

Mo, the Pharmacist and the Fullerton Express Pharmacy team provide an old-fashioned personal approach to patient service. They have exceeded any expectation that I had when I switched to them from a large retail store. The patience and care they provide is immeasurable and their proactive follow-up is amazing! I had an insurance coverage issue and Mo worked hard in seeing it to resolution. You are also greeted with a smile when you enter their doors and they actually take time to talk with you. I am pleased that my Dr. referred me to Fullerton Express and I recommend them to others for their pharmacy needs.
