I’ve been storing my things here for the last 3 years. Julie and Sal are very kind and helpful. Rates are competitive and all the units are ground floor. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in need of storage!

I've been renting with Fullerton self storage for a couple years now. Before and after New Management. Everyone that works there is very helpful very knowledgeable and very friendly. I love the service there because at this storage facility they have cameras, they have a security guard. So I know that my stuff is protected 24/7. Prices are reasonable and the team is always willing to work with you to provide the best service possible. I'm very happy that I chose this storage facility from the beginning it has worked out beautifully.

WARNING! do not come here for storage auctions. They do not play by the rules. They will go through the unit and clean it and stack it neatly to make it look really nice.
California state law prohibits storage unit owners to tamper with any units that are to be auctioned. They cannot remove the lock until the day of the auction. Auctioneer also plants people in the audience to bid against you. I had this done to myself here in 2013.
They did physical auctions, then, and I was very close of suing them in court
Auctioneer had his associate bidding against me.
Unit ended up being junk of a homeless person neatly restacked to make it look valued.
Until the owner can prove that they are playing by the rules I encourage others to go elsewhere for storage auctions.. There is no authoritative body that can reprimand auctioneers, or take away their license. Besides the state of california consumer affairs department
It may be true that they do online auctions now, but not at the time I was involved with their auctions, and they may have a new ownership. Maybe this review will make sure that this never happens again.
