We had a great experience! My son had been searching for specific parts and was having a difficult time finding them. We were so happy to go to Gear Box and they were able to order the parts for him. They had them in less than 3 days. Great customer service!!

I recently visited this hobby shop looking for a new model kit to build, and I was absolutely blown away by their selection. They had everything from classic cars to intricate aircraft models, plus a fantastic variety of paints and tools. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helping me pick the right airbrush and paints for my skill level. The prices were very reasonable compared to online options, and I love supporting a local business. I will definitely be back for more supplies and advice!

Went there to look for parts for another RC car, ended buying mini traxxas , then went back for my mini traxxas to buy a led kit, ended buying traxxas slasher 2WD, 3rd time I went I needed a ESC for another RC, I ended buying a whole motor system 🤣place is awesome and dangerous every time i go end up buying highly recommended place for RC and parts

Went today looking for parts the staff there was completely rude and clueless. I don’t know how they can even call themselves an official axial dealer and have no knowledge on what their selling won’t be going back ever. Everything is cheaper online anyways !!

Very Bad service, owner is always in a bad mood. Today he tried selling me some tires that weren't even my fit . He should be thankful that his worker the one that always wears a hat hasn't left somewhere else to apply. He's actually the one that keeps his customers coming back. I got my 2wd slash, wide maxx, and a Traxxas pre runner for my nephew. Sucks this happened because this was my local shop, but this Will definitely be the last time i shop here.

store us clean and organized but...I just left there to buy a proramming cable spm 3065 ..which is 24.95 at list ..can be bought anywhere any store on online or from horizon for that price ..they had it marked up 40% over list..worker didnt seen to care ck it online or see if it was a mistake. I left in ahuff and will never go back ..I suggest you take your business elsewhere unless you like gettin ripped off

I have only been here twice because I am not local to the area, but the man running the shop I saw both times is one of the most friendliest and genuine dudes you can ever meet. Both times I have had numerous questions and he has answered them with glee and great knowledge. I highly recommend stopping by whether you’re just looking to get into the radio control hobby, or need help figuring out an issue with your car, the people here are happy to help!

Everyone here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Jack spent time teaching me the ins and out of my car and had walked me through fixing it several times since I'm new into this community. Love this place. The staff are all so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I always feel like they take the time to find ways to help me solve problems; even when it would mean I'd be spending less money (or obviously just buying other stuff instead :) ). They have a variety of products in stock, ranging from "new hobby" beginner up to "second mortgage" mid-life crisis. They carry a lot of upgrade and replacement (#Bashers) parts in stock. I love stopping in after a session to pick up all the parts I need for a fun evening of repairs. I only wish they would sell beer, too.
