Everything in this hotel is very dated. I liked the the size of the room. It was ok for my partner and I to stay for one night.
Unfortunately, when we checked in, I handed them my card and they asked me what my pin was. I was surprised I couldn't put it in myself to pay. Then, I saw them write down the 3 digit security code on the back of my card. So, I found that sketchy and called my bank after our stay to request a replacement card.

1st, to the people that put a 1 star review as their starting review, you've already been dismissed, your reviews will not be needed.
2nd lee, it's a low in a good location, close to Tacos Los Cholos in Fullerton, Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center.
Room: central air only, felt like 73°F for the most part, it has a 1970s vibe with a sprinkle of modernized touches.
There were some people under the stairs and kinda hanging about. Went for a walk around 10pm, when I saw the people. Called front desk, told them and when I returned 15 min later, they were gone because the night shift attendant had told them to leave.
It's worth it, not being $100+ for a weekday.

Place is disgusting. Walked into the lobby to check in and was immediately smacked in the face with what could have only been someone microwaving stale dog turds.
Only thing that smelled worse than the building was the attitude on the guy working the desk.
Floors are filthy. Rooms are tiny. Towels in rooms are also filthy and so thin you can see your hand through them.
Definitely get what you pay for with this crack-shack.

I do not recommend this place for a family or even a single person very dirty no warm water needs a lot of fixing no ac towels are dirty and have hair

Like night and day, is the best way to describe the night staff from the day time staff.
If you need a last min extended stay then the weekly rate is totally worth it.

It is what it is. If you're looking for the cheapest place in the area
this is it and you get what you pay for.
For instance, I stopped by the front desk yesterday for toilet paper and they didn't give me any.

They are amazing! They got us in early in the morning after being played by 3 other hotels near by. They made me and my sister feel very safe and accommodated couldn't ask for more. Would 100% come and I 100% recommend.

Unbelievable,had a great time. Very good people who actually care. I suggest this hotel over any hotel I have stayed. What makes it is the people. Way to go Grand inn.Walkability: Food everywhere, you want it they got it.Food & drinks: They have every cuisine known to man.
