It's a discount market, just like it says on the sign. Stuff here is inexpensive, sometimes up to half off even Smart N Final prices. Meat (especially chicken and sausage) are way cheap. But the selection on things is limited: A lot of what they carry seems to be a short run, so what's there now might not be there next time. (Lately they've been out of crunchy almond butter, Reese's Thins, almond milk, cheap frozen blueberries, Slimfast shakes, and bagged, non-candy popcorn, which they often had for a while. Forget getting the same beer you got last time. [Update: They've gotten many of those items back, but it only goes to show how unpredictable and inconsistent their stock is.]) There are also some products that are here only once but can be a weird version of more familiar stuff. Cereal, in particular, seemed to be all variants from test-markets, sometimes to the exclusion of the regular ones. They also don't have cleaning products or a lot of paper goods. Sometimes it can be fun to check in and see what they have and pick up some weird item you'll give a spin or just see what you come up with (especially if the risk is low when it's cheap). It's not a consistently complete market, but when they have what you're looking for it's one of the best deals around.

I used to shop at Grocery Outlet in the Bay Area. It's nostalgia for me. A bit more of a selection than Aldi. If you're looking fir cozy place friendly staff, it is the place.

Not sure what’s been going on here the last several months because this location used to be great but lately the selection is very limited, and frequently try the refrigerated and frozen areas huge empty gaps. They also used to have a fantastic selection of vegetarian options but now that rarely have enough to fill even a single section in the freezer isle.

I absolutely LOVE grocery outlet. You get name brand items for the most affordable price. The store is super clean and well kept. Items are always circulating and on sale. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Absolutely no complaints here! I buy my weekly work lunches here and save so much cash. Love to stock up on snacks and drinks too.

While this location is closest to my house, I usually prefer going to the one up the street in Placentia.Every location had its Pros and Cons. For this one...PROS: Great bread selection; high-quality brands plus specialty/dietary selections. Always a bunch of nut butters and jams/jellies. Very nice staff.CONS: less variety of items, subpar produce, no Red Bull drinks, not as clean, shelves don't visually appear "stocked" at all times.Another item of note is that every once in a while you'll encounter someone who seems a bit questionable wandering around.

I think the best grocery store in town. The people are friendly and always willing to help. The prices and multiple items are Great! Our Go to food store. They even have a door guard/greeter. He is always there to say hello and good bye as he checks your receipt. A great comfort while shopping.

It was overcast and dreary the day I went, but this place did nothing to lift my spirits. The shopping center it's in is a downer. The store itself is just OK. There are deals here, but good luck if you need any help. The GO in Placentia is better IMHO. Won't be going here again.

The heavy metal cashierdude does not like his job.I've been coming here for 4 years and this guy is worse cashier ever. It looks like he is being tortured here. I see more life in frozen food section. Just awful service!!
