Gabe, Jason, and Toni all are rockstars. They paired the right necklace to compliment a pendant they made custom for me. They were careful and actively listened to what was important to me so they could have free rein to be the artists they are.
What a wonderful outcome. I can’t thank the team enough.
Even the armed security at the location were just as friendly and professional as the staff inside.
If there was a 6th star, I would have rated it as such!

If I can give them 10 stars I would! I have never been there before and they treated me as if I was a customer for years. They were not pushy on making a sale, they made me feel super comfortable. I purchased a watch and wore it home. The watch was too big for my liking so I returned it 20 minutes later and they took it back without hesitation. Huge thanks to BRAD! for being super patient with me and I’m glad to say I’m super happy with my purchase and Happy Jewelers is now my home store.

I rarely write reviews but I must share the incredible experience I had with Happy Jewelers. I’ve had several pieces designed through Happy Jewelers despite other jewelry stores telling me that my design was not possible or was cost prohibitive. Lately, I had a piece designed that ended up having some issues with the final
product. The owner, Gabe, completely took care of the situation. He went above and beyond all of my expectations! Lina stayed in contact with me through the entire proces. It ended up top knotch as usual. Gabe and his company provide beautiful products with grace and makes the customer feel like family. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks again. Sarah

Phenomenal selection of luxury watches and an extremely knowledgeable staff. I had been trying to acquire a Submariner Date from an AD for over a year, and was referred to Happy Jeweler by a good friend. I absolutely love Happy Jewelers. My wife and I stumbled across their jewelry randomly years ago - and we've been regular customers ever since. Here's my latest HJ experience, which will explain our loyalty.
Most recently, I ordered a necklace for my wife, to celebrate our new child. Unfortunately, the shipping company (UPS), delivered a box that had been busted into and emptied of it's contents. I was super bummed, and immediately reached out to HJ to see if they could help. Happy Jewelers' crack squad of outstanding employees (shoutout Andrew) responded same day and told me they'd work on getting a new necklace created and sent out. Within four days they had sent me tracking info for a brand new necklace. The jewelry arrived safe and sound this time... crisis averted. Happy Jewelers saved the day, and even threw in a few extra items to sweeten the deal. HJ will forever be my first stop for any special gift needs that I have in the future. Thank you!
