The center is located on Harbor Boulevard, one of Orange County’s busiest thoroughfares and premier retail locations with traffic counts exceeding 71,500 cars per day. The property extends an entire city block along the middle of Harbor Boulevard with signalized intersections at both ends of the center. Tenants include Ralphs, Ralphs Fuel Center, Chase Bank, Black Bear Diner, American Martial Arts Academy, Avis and Budget Car Rentals, Supercuts, Wingstop, and Flame Broiler. The shopping center is a great grocery store with fresh fruits and vegetables and great customer service. Black Bear Diner is the best breakfast. Parking lot is small but parking is better on the side of the center. Love for the deals at Ralphs.

This shopping center has a lot of great food options. Hawaiian barbecue, burgers, wings, pho and a diner! And the anchor store Ralph’s has a coffee shop inside and a great deli. And the cheapest gas around if you use your Ralph’s card.
