“I had Cesar and Delfino installing automated shades and closet doors for my elderly mom. While they were on site my mom fell and hit her head. The both of them rushed to help her. I’m so thankful they were there. They stopped the bleeding and called the paramedics. I don’t know what would have happened if it wasn’t for them. I’ll be forever thankful for their help.

“Home Depot: You can always find the kinds of things you need for building different projects at home Depot. I went there to buy a piece of insulation 4x8 sheet that I thought I could get cut on the sores there but they don't cut insulation there. The guy told me I could take it home and cut it with a exacto knife but I couldn't get it into my car. It was too big that way so he got down off his forklift even though he was doing something else and cut my thing in the in a different ways. I needed it to the different sizes that I needed the best service I've ever had.”

“What a fun labyrinth of a Home Depot. I was a little worried when I walked in because it is like a maze. Howevvvver… the number of very friendly employees was astoundingly impressive! As a contractor I visit multiple supply houses and Home Depot stores across SoCal. Usually I wander around shouting “Hello… does anybody work here? Hello!…” but… NOT HERE! I wish I had paid a lot more attention to all of the wonderful team members’ names that helped me because they deserve the recognition. I did however interact with YaMark(Sp) at the end. He was so upbeat and personable and you could tell he really cared when he helped me load my materials on my truck. I am so happy to have had such a wonderful end of day experience! Keep up the awesome attitudes Home Depot team!”
“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”
“Toilet handle broke on a weekend. Couldn't wait dor Monday. Took the broken handle to Home Depot in Westminster and told an employee that I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. He was very nice, explaining what needs to be done. He even allowed me to videotape him assembling the various parts. I went home, watched the video, and followed instructions. I ended up with a working toilet handle again! Saved myself a lot of aggravation and money.”
“I had 2 broken tiles and also needed to grout it since it was old and worn. My first time doing it and honestly, not bad for having no experience. All I needed was to watch a few videos and the people at Lowes are ALWAYS so helpful. I love this store. It's my favorite store lately! ? “Went there to get a 12ft corrugated roof panel and the trapizoid rails for it. The website said they had many rails.
I got the panel, but the right rails were not in the bin, different ones were. I asked an associate & he said that is all they had. I asked a different associate & even showed him the item number on the website off my phone & sure enough they were up high. He went to get a stair ladder but it wasn't high enough, then he went & got the electric lift and got the big box of which I needed 3 sets of six packs.
I went to pay at the Pro place closest to where I parked and the large roll up door was being locked but I could go through the the smaller doors.
The whole trip took 1 hour from getting the panel to payment. If the rails were in the correct place it would've taken half that time. Lowe's does have lots of products but not enough knowledgeable associates. There are a few of them but hard to find.”
“I know the CEO has ordered store staff to be more attentive and I am happy to say that it's working. Where I used to have to hunt for an associate, one either greets me near the door or along my walk. Anything that saves me time from wandering the whole store is appreciated.”

“I rode my bike there to return a small item. I was riding all over trying to find the bike rack. I couldn't find one. So I had to lock it up on a parking sign. Anyway, I walked and found customer service right away, turned the item, and left. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes.
Friendly, staff. Place was very clean and organized.”
