“I visited this branch during the week to deposit cash. There was a teller free immediately and she helped me politely and efficiently. I don't recall her name but she was in training and I think mentioned that she had previously worked at Wells Fargo. She did a great job and I was in and out within 5 minutes. The branch was clean and tidy.”

“I want to share my experience with AAA, which ultimately ended on a very positive note.

I initially visited the Azusa location while waiting for my legacy plates. I was issued temporary tags, but unfortunately, over the course of six months, the Azusa office was not helpful and did not investigate why my plates never arrived. Despite multiple visits, there was no follow-up or resolution.

After six months of waiting, I decided to go to the Fullerton location, and that’s where everything changed. Ray went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to actually look into the issue, explained everything clearly, and helped me resubmit the order for my plates.
