Incompetence is the word of the day. Staff did not even bother to read the bloodwork order correctly. Then wanted to make a second blood draw to correct their error. No thank you. I will not be returning to this location. Do better.

Trashy feels like you're at a County facility couldn't even pull lab orders so couldn't get labs done when I have a CT that needs LAB Works before I can even get it done never again

So I am somebody that has a hard time getting blood taken. The whole experience and being around so many people is stressful for me. This was a game changer! Everybody that I came into contact with at the office was sweet, kind and helpful! Getting my blood drawn was quick, and I really didn't even feel it. So thankful for you all in there if you read this.

Drove in heavy rain to get here before work at 6:30 AM when they open. They had a problem with my lab order, fine it happens and not their fault, but the front desk woman was so dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. Left with no blood work done and in tears. She’s probably gonna read this and shrug as if she doesn’t care about her patients or her job. No compassion.

Wednesday 8:40 AM. Entered as a walk-in staff was helpful and kind. Desk staff greeted everyone and provided directions. Phlebotomist was efficient and friendly. Lab work and sample collected and I was able to leave. 30 minutes later.

I woke up this morning fasted all night showed up to the office and there was a letter posted saying that they would be closed. Never got any notification of this or email. Had this appointment planned and time off from work very unprofessional. Will ask my dr. to use a different provider. I even called other labs in my area one was close, the other only took appointments and no walk-ins. Oh well, I guess I'm going to have a cheeseburger

I've been coming here very often the past couple of years because of my condition and I've always had great experiences. i have a bit of a phobia of needles so the first few visits i was very nervous. they were very kind and attentive to my anxiety with needles which i really appreciated. i mostly make appointments but on the occasion where i walk in, I've never waited long.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now and everything is about as routine as always. What they have upgraded over the years is the check-in process which is now electronic. If you go in as a walk-in, you just give your lab work forms that your doctor gave you to the front desk. The lady handling the front desk will ask you to electronically check-in at 2 small quiosk machines, then you partial name will pop up on a screen to show your wait status. Pretty simple. I've always encountered nice phlebotomists and I've never had a problem checking in or missing paperwork. I typically have simple blood work orders for routing physicals. Make sure to always bring your paperwork with you along with your ID and insurance card.

Super easy to make appt online. Had to reschedule a few times - did it all online. Easy check in via mobile. When I finally did interact with humans, I was begetting to wonder if they employed any, super helpful and pleasant. When I had my blood drawn it was painless and quick. Sunnyhill location in Brea you rock!

This office was very efficient and the staff was great and very kind! I am TERRIBLE with lab work because as an adult I still get fearful of the needle. My phlebotomist Addy was AMAZING. The most painless experience ever and super quick! I'm definitely coming back for future labs! Thank you again Addy.

Good service here. Quick, easy check in process. The phlebotomist was very smooth, prompt and quick straight to the point and I didn't bruise much. She was relaxed and professional, made for a relaxing process for me as a patient. Would recommend this place.

Erin is amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I got all the right tests from my doctor's written-in/miscoded order. She also got my vein on the first go and no pain! Definitely recommend here
